I used Madison Wellness to secure my glp-1 to treat a health condition they required weight loss. The promotions stated I would receive ongoing support from the clinic while receiving my compounded glp-1 from a direct ship pharmacy. The pharmacy served their purpose. No complaints there. The ongoing support was not what I expected. They said I would have a nurse I could text with questions. I was extremely disappointed with the level of support I received from the nurse, Lindsey. She would take days to respond to texts. I would text her during normal business hours and not receive a response. I also only saw her once during my 4 months at this clinic. I asked at each appointment if I would see Lindsey at my next appointment and I was told ‘yes’. When I would arrive, I would go to the back, do an in body scan and then be told that Lindsey would review the scan and follow up with me. Then she would text and tell me what the results look like and that was pretty much it. It would’ve been great to have actual check-ins with her to track my progress and provide actual feedback. I am happy I found another option to get the support I need. I would not recommend this place if you truly need support.
