Horrible & unprofessional massage experience. At my massage appointment in November, I informed my therapist I was expecting (not showing & still in 1st trimester) just to be safe & respectful as someone who has worked in this industry before. The therapist was noticeably curt and frazzled. I assured her it can still be a regular massage, and she asked to have me lay on my back for almost the entire appointment. This wasn't a good experience for me, but as she was being so curt and making me uncomfortable, I didn't feel safe providing any feedback. I kept my following appointment in Dec with the same therapist. Hoping that perhaps she was just nervous/taken by surprise. I let her know proactively I feel most comfortable laying on my stomach and that I had discussed this with my medical provider who agreed there were no medical concerns. The therapist again asked me to lay on my back for most of the massage, which I did. At the end of the massage before she left the room, she stated "next time we'll need to do side lying." to which I responded "Okay" before she walked out. Since this therapist was clearly unhappy and fearful of working with a pregnant person, I then re-scheduled my next appointment to be with a different therapist (still weeks in advance). I could have spoken with the front desk about how uncomfortable and unwelcome this therapist had made me feel for 2 appointments now, but I prefer to behave respectfully and not take actions that may harm someone's career without truly considering them. This next appointment was particularly special as it was a massage & facial for my birthday that I requested the day off of work well in advance in order to enjoy. The day before my appointment I was informed they would need to cancel. When I called to ask for details it was clear my old therapist had fabricated a story about me "refusing to use bolsters or have the massage side-lying" which had never been offered to me in either previous massage. She also claimed I "hid that I was pregnant" which I absolutely did NOT do. The woman on the phone indicated "both therapists" were made to feel uncomfortable. Since I had only worked with one of them, this makes no sense. The only explanation being the initial therapist had been spreading false stories to her colleague, which is both violating and unprofessional for an establishment that is supposed to be a comfortable and relaxing space. If therapists are uncomfortable or don't have the sufficient experience to work with a pregnant person, this should be communicated directly and in advance. Not canceling the day before & ruining someone's long-standing birthday plans that have no chance of being rescheduled at a different, and hopefully more professional, establishment.

My husband and I received facials from Jill! She did a wonderful job and was very professional. She was able to recommend products that would be good for me and my skin. Front desk staff was also very kind. The building was nice and clean.

This is the first bad review I’ve ever left but here we go. We recently moved back to Pell City so My mom purchased a $100 virtual gift card for me since this was my favorite and I scheduled a massage and facial. My 4 yr old was up through the night extremely sick so I called to reschedule explaining my situation of not having child care as she was sick. She told me I could reschedule but there would be a cancellation fee. They charged my gift card $95. Keep in mind I have been several other times over the years and NEVER no showed or cancelled. This is extremely tacky and I will not be back.

I got a spray tan for my wedding and it was wonderful! I am very fair skinned and always worried about being orange but I got so many compliments! This is at my rehearsal dinner one day after my spray tan! Highly recommend!

I have been really disappointed ,and mistreated, I was asked to leave minutes after I sat in the room waiting for consultation !!! Because I had my child with me , which I was there ONLY for a consultation first time visit . Which they didn’t mention to me when I did my appt. BaBIES aren’t allowed to come ! Ok I understand that policy , But she should have mention that from the beginning!! I felt humiliated asked to leave in a way for me having my baby with me , and looking at my baby this way broke my heart !!

My first ever spa experience, and I must say I loved it. The place is absolutely beautiful! You are in a robe, feeling so relaxed. I did a facial and a massage, and it is the most relaxing experience. From the lounge room, to the actual massage, it was just wonderful. The ladies are so nice. It was well worth it, and I will 100% return.

I had a pregnancy massage by Jessie. She was very professional and maintained my modesty, which I appreciated. I felt very pampered throughout my entire experience and felt much better afterwards. I will be returning. Front staff was also very helpful!

This place is a JOKE!! I’ve called several times and left messages and STILL NO RESPONSE??!!! I guess since they open at 10am they have the clients they need!! I don’t live in town I was wanting to get my mother a spa day for Mothers Day and she had sent this place to her children and I’ll let her know why she’s getting a spa day at a place that knows how to return your calls and that really cares about Mothers Day!! Don’t advertise about a special day if you can’t back it up!! Also would be nice to at least acknowledge someone’s call!!

5 star spray tan service! The staff made me feels as comfortable as she possibly could considering being half naked in front of a stranger. My tan looked great and lasted around 2 weeks. Will definitely use them again
