Dad had a cancer excised. Supposedly inside stitches and outside stitches. Went to change the bandage the next day and there is a gaping wound. Like the doctor didn't knot the suture? We are now sitting in ER and being told they probably can't stitch it back up.

My wife had an appointment and overall she had a good experience. The checking process was easy, got taken to the room fairly quickly then waited her awhile to be seen. The Dr was great and answered her questions definitely will be back for her year follow up.

After leaving the dermatologist, I felt dismissed. I didn't get no skin cancer check. No full body check none of my questions were really answered think i'm gonna look for a second opinion Ya I look it up it is rated the worst dermatologist in NWA

I have been going to their skin side of this place for two years and have had several appointments. I have had Doctor Garone for the last two visits I’ve been to and he is the type of doctor to not listen to any of your concerns and just give you meds on meds on meds and only solve the problem temporarily. I have suffered from severe acne my whole life and just now my skin has subsided, I wanted to explore a more permanent treatment like accutane rather than just be on antibiotics for years on end and after so many appointments and visits he is not willing to work with me. You can whole heartedly tell him your issues and he will completely disregard them. I would recommend Dr Hull, she was very sweet the one time I had her and she actually listened to my skin concerns. I hate that I wasted so many time and money on useless appointments with dr garone

I can see here that there are not very good reviews for just starting out in Bella Vista. Well, I've never been here I just had an issue on the phone regarding accepting insurance. Here's how it started. I called a week or so ago and asked if they accepted Ambetter I was told they do and that they will next year also. I thought great! I didn't make an appt. that day waiting until after the holiday and called back which was today and the receptionist asked me if this was regarding another clinic not accepting Ambetter and I said yes and I had to find a new place. Then she said please hold I need to speak to my supervisor and I said okay. She came back and told me that they will no longer be accepting it after the first of the year. WHAT!!!!! I was just told a week or so ago you would. I told them I don't like to be jacked around. It's unprofessional. It's frustrating. I guess there are some companies that are followers because apparently this was the case.

From Dr. Hull and her staff, as well a Dr.Groman and his staff were all very informative, kind, caring and helpful during the entire process including the healing time.This is the "go to" place for dermatalogy problems. I almost cancelled my sons appointment after my adult daughter told me how bad her experience was. I wanted to give them another chance though. I wish I hadnt. My daughter will not go back to them and I wont either. The receptionist isnt all that nice and the wait for my daughter was over an hour AFTER getting in a room. My son and I were the only ones there and still sat waiting over 20 minutes. The prescription that was supposed to be called in for my son that day still has not been called in. I have called and left messages. Looks like I will have to take him someplace else for the meds he needs because they cant be bothered to call it in. 2 thumbs down all around.
