I was slightly worried about everything before starting; from price to treatment, but everything is approachable and they work with you to make sure you're getting what you want. Experience has been amazing! They explain pricing to you and let you do a a test laser to see if you like it before committing. Would recommend to anyone that’s new to laser or looking for a new place. Appointments are a little tricky bc if you need to reschedule sometimes it will be weeks or months but it’s normal.

*Update: I’m adding to my review. While my first visit experience was good, I had to reschedule one of my appointments and they couldn’t get me back in for another 2 months!! I feel like my hair growth is worse than when I started! I find it hard to believe they couldn’t get me in sooner. I’ve had a lovely experience. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient and the office is immaculate. I highly recommend Milan for laser hair removal.

Super friendly staff, easy process, and very informative session before signing up or paying anything. I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. It’s definitely worth the price for me; I have already seen great results after only a couple of sessions. The only con is that it can be hard to schedule because they are super booked up, so try to schedule as far in advance as you can. I think it’s because they only have one technician so hopefully they get another soon to make this easier.

Updated review: I have been a customer here for over a year, paying quite a bit a month and I am extremely disappointed with how this business is now being run. The services are overpriced for the quality provided, and the lack of results is frustrating. When I first started coming, the provider I had was amazing. She had a great personality, excellent bedside manner, and truly cared about my treatments and progress. She made me feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, in December, she (along with everyone else in her role nationwide) was laid off, and everything has gone downhill since then. Since that time, this location has been severely understaffed. I have had multiple appointments canceled last minute, even ones I scheduled months in advance. Yet, they continue to charge me every single month on time without hesitation. Rescheduling is not easy—when they cancel, I often get pushed out weeks, sometimes even a full month later, leaving large gaps in my treatment schedule. The new staff does not provide the same level of care. The current provider has no bedside manner, no personality, and no real concern for the customer experience. What’s worse, after 8 months with this new setup, I have seen zero improvement in my hair reduction. After investing thousands of dollars, my results are essentially the same as when I started. This business feels like a scam now. They are quick to take your money but do not deliver consistent services, reliable scheduling, or noticeable results. For the amount I pay, I expect professionalism, quality, and progress—not cancellations, delays, and disappointment. I feel completely undervalued as a customer, stuck in a contract, and wasting money every month on treatments that do not work. I regret signing up, and I would not recommend this location to anyone now. Old review from a year ago: Sophie and Dianna are absolutely the best! Made me feel very safe, comfortable and made my experience wonderful. Truly everyone is great at this place and I’m so so glad to be coming here.
