AMAZING and perfect massage experience from Jamie. Lillyan was super helpful as well. I’ve had a horribly tight upper back and Jamie did the best job loosening it up and creating a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. I loved the spa's atmosphere. They create such a peaceful environment from the moment you walk in, calming music and the staff is incredibly friendly. I am editing this review to add that I returned for a facial with Roxanne and wow. She was amazing! I felt so comfortable with her and left with the nicest feeling skin I've had in a long time. So very thankful that Farmington has an establishment like this right here at home!

As an adult male of 38, I have never had a "on the books", Massage. When I tell you the experience was amazing. Staff was very in tune to concerns and recommendations of what areas were inflamed, would need attention. Jamie Patton was my massage host. She is fantastic. 20 out of 10 top notch. Informative, relaxing, calming, and above all, makes the experience feel stress free and exactly the environment needed. Thank you so much. I highly recommend. 5 stars for sure. I can’t recommend Relax and Renew enough! This is honestly the best place I’ve ever had a massage done. Erika is amazing as a person and as a massage therapist as well. I could be having a hard day and the minute I walk through her doors my stress and anxiety disappears because you can’t help but to feel happy around her. Upon leaving, the physical benefits from her massage give me a decompressed feeling, almost like I’ve had a mini vacation. I would definitely give them a 10 star review out of 5 if I could

Oh my! This is your place. My 14 year old daughter needed a sports massage and cupping before a regional event and Erika gave her the best massage she’s ever experienced! Now she’s ready to go!! I love Relax and Renew Med Spa! Erika has amazing giveaways and is always so sweet! I won the Fotona 4D laser treatment at her recent open house. Torie performed the treatment for me. Attached are the before and after pictures. I am so amazed at the change, and I should continue to see improvements over the next several months. I have also had several therapeutic deep tissue massages by Alyssia with AMAZING benefits! My husband has had multiple massages by Erika for pain from previous injuries that helps him tremendously as well. I would 10/10 recommend any of their services!
