Dr Jennifer Johnson is amazing!! She is by far the best doctor our family has ever come across in any practice (PCP, dentist, etc). She is friendly, caring, patient, explains everything, encouraging & helpful. Who knew you could go to a simple dermatology appointment & walk out feeling so encouraged. My girls love her. She’s a joy. More doctors in this world need to learn “bedside” manners from her.

My tag team was RN Kenzie & her assistant, Yeimi, and they are AMAZING!!! The experience was painless for both, the procedure itself, and the entirety of the check in/out experience was TOP TIER!!! As one who 20 years ago worked at a hospital and its clinic, I thought the medical Community, this last decade, has gone down the tubes, but, this place gives me hope that professionalism in the medical community ISNT DEAD! I’ve never been treated more kindly, and quickly too! If you must go to a clinic like this one? MAKE SURE IT IS THIS ONE!!!! ❤️😎❤️

I’ve visited many doctors, but Scarlett Bone and her team are by far the best I’ve been to. I have multiple health issues, and she is the only one who has taken the time to explain everything in detail. As someone who is autistic, I appreciate their patience and understanding, especially when I have a thousand questions. If I could give a higher rating, I definitely would!

In my book of medical professionals I trust to care for not only myself, but my family as well, and that’s Johnson Dermatology in Fort Smith, Arkansas! From the moment you walk up, and see this gorgeous building, I’m thinking I’m not good enough to go inside (as we women do), but my whole state of mind relaxed the moment I opened the door! I was greeted by a smiling face and checked in promptly, and no longer had time to sit down and place my keys, sunglasses in my purse, to the most kind hearted gentleman who actually listened to everything I needed for this appointment. He even asked me how I was doing that day. Which most people that walk you back (to appointments)like these usually do, but he actually listened to me. And I could tell because he asked me questions about what I just said once we sat down in the room. Just a short wait after that, walked in the two most beautiful women not only on the outside, but on the inside, that I have ever met in my life! Kenzie and Yeimi came in and I felt so at home with them, we had a blast in that room, it was amazing! We laughed until I almost cried, I felt that ease with both of them they were BOTH genuinely sweet, full of kindness, funny, and a bed side manner no other medical professional has EVER in my personal experience (I’ve seen a number of doctors 30+)!! They even found two precancerous bumps I didn’t even know about, I’d had them for a few years, and to play it safe biopsied one to play it safe. They took them off for free. I wasn’t there for that! But thank God they found them! Thank Kenzie and Yeimi for being such amazing down to earth practitioners! Who knows where that unchecked could have gone. But I don’t have to worry about it, because they go above and beyond the call of duty! I’m super excited to go for my two week check Tomorrow!! If you’re on the fence, call now, schedule, and experience the closest place I’d say “Heaven on Earth!” You’ll thank yourself and you’re lucky to have met them!

Both Kenzie & Yeimi took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt completely at ease and confident in the treatment plan they suggested. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Kenzie!

I had my very first visit today at JD, and it was so great. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and the people there are very friendly. I saw Jordan, and she was very respectful, understanding, and was highly knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and was very patient. Julie was also so fantastic! I highly recommend this dermatologist as they treat their patients like actual human beings and not just another person to rush out the door.
