Can’t say enough good things about Peak Dermatology. I’ve had a couple of appointments there. The staff is very friendly and important to me and I know a lot of people is they always run on time. You aren’t sitting in the waiting room for half an hour or longer. Dr. Eric is fabulous and thorough.

**Update** Due to my review below, the office reached out to me to come in to see what could be done for the discoloration. I was confused by the request to update my insurance as this should have been complimentary as the procedure that caused the discoloration was a procedure the office solicited me to try COMPLETELY COMPLIMENTARY. I called Maria to make her aware of this. She never received a call back. I re-arranged my schedule to see Dr. Rex as he only had morning appts available. I waited over 30 minutes and was not seen. I let the receptionist know I was leaving and I sent a message to Kami King to let her know of my Continued disappointment with this office. She has not called or replied. I dropped the stars as this office has very poor patient service or consideration. I do not understand the point in reaching out to me to correct my concern just to cause me more frustration and grief. *Prior review*This doctor's office was recommended to me by my NPR. I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction and friendliness of the doctor and office staff. I was given great recommendations and practices to try for my skin on my initial visit. The office contacted me a short time later to offer a complimentary service to be a patient for a new procedure they were introducing. The procedure was performed in office in October 2024. It was successful in the sense of removing the keloid. Unfortunately, it left behind a new problem of dark skin discoloration. This is due to the superficial burning that is done during the procedure. I now have to be mindful of what I am wearing daily as the discoloration is at the top of my chest. The initial follow up appointment showed the procedure was successful. It removed the keloid. I have continued to followed the doctor's initial advise for treating the area. There were to be additional follow up appointments so they could track the progress. The office contacted me to re-schedule the next existing appointment. When I gave alternate dates, the office couldn't accomodate. I thought someone would reach back out to get me scheduled considering the circumstance. This did not occur. I am thankful for the experience and opportunity of the procedure. I wish the office followed up on the re-scheduling of the appointment they had to change. I hope the next patient that has this type of procedure, there is a plan in place to treat the discoloration and that the office makes sure follow up appointments are remedied considering they needed to re-schedule and not the patient.

Doctor Rex and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while giving you guided-expert care. They have all the Lastest procedures and technology you may be looking for without any pressure. Not likeSome other dermatology offices I’ve been to in the past. It was very refreshing to feel like my situation really mattered to them. More so, that I could think about my decision to more forward first, no-one does that today.
