I had an excellent experience with Stephanie for laser and electrolysis and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, Stephanie was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatments were quick, clean, and much more comfortable than I expected. I noticed results from my first session and with each session the hair growth became finer and significantly reduced. If you’re looking for effective, safe, and professional laser or electrolysis treatments, I highly recommend this place. It’s absolutely worth it, and I’m so glad I chose them!

Electrolysis & Co. introduced me to Osea a skin care line that I absolutely love! As I’ve aged, I’ve tried many, many different skin care products from drugstore brands to department stores to special orders. Over the years I have realized that harsh chemical filled products are just too hard on my skin and not a good alternative for long-term use for my skin and my body. I really like the Osea line because it is natural, safe and it works! I use the Advanced Protection Cream every morning, the Undaria Algae Body Oil after every shower and the Dream Night Cream every evening. They feel great going on and no strong chemicals or smells. It’s definitely a product I will continue to use and I’m looking forward to adding more of their products to my self-care routine.

If you get timed treatment make sure you time it. I booked 30 minutes and I got around 24 minutes minus all the talking and pausing so technically 20 minutes tops. I paid for 30min $70 and got treated for less. When I timed and I showed the lady my phone she played it off like my iPhone is wrong! 😑 this is definitely bad business. Lady kept saying to book an hour , like for what ? So you can do 30 minutes of work. I don’t trust them at all, all sweet talk is not important to me, I want what I paid for and didn’t get all hairs I asked her to get. Definitely won’t return or recommend. There’s a location in Mesa that’s cheaper and girls care more , they even go overtime booked for to make sure they get the area cleared.

Kristi is absolutely fantastic. I have been seeing Kristi for years for electrolysis but recently she suggested to try VascuPen to remove the red hemangiomas that I had on several places on my neck, chest, back and arms. After three treatments all the red spots are completely gone! I have very fair skin and had no scaring, no pain and I could not believe how they just disappeared! A had a few that were quite large and there is nothing left. I had the confidence to show off my skin and have zero regrets. I only wish I had known about this years ago to remove them.
