I received micro needling treatment for the first time and I honestly sorry I forget her name. Let’s just say it was my first time. This treatment usually takes 20 min and it only took her 8 min. I feel because I could not receive numbing cream she was worried for me. It did kinda hurt though but it should be worth it is what I am told. I really want to see result's so I wish or hope I’m getting all of what’s time needed. Again my first time. The girls in that office are supper sweet and hard working women. I am gonna remember my girl next time so I can give her lots of great reviews as she deserves. Thank you for making me feel beautiful.

I should’ve read all the reviews before signing up for laser hair removal with the guys. They called me the same day to tell me that I had an appointment instead of a day or two days before. When I asked to reschedule they told me that I have to pay 💰 $50 to do so. I didn’t have free money to give to them, I left work early to go to the appointment. Just when I arrived to check in the girl at the front desk tells me that she has to cancel my appointment because there’s someone else before me. I was upset for driving 45min just for her to cancel my appointment, but I let it slide. They schedule me for the next day in the evening, when I was on my way there, they call me literally 30min before my appointment and cancel again. Then reschedule me almost one month out. So unprofessional. After my treatment I will never go here again.

Im on session 4, i think And never did i think i would have the results I do already! I have very dark, thick, coarse hair. It has always been an insecurity of mine. I have seen a few nurses and they were all amazing! Today, i had Brittany for the first time and she was so sweet! Made sure i was comfortable and the laser was to hot the entire time! Highly recommend!

The take over is unfair, no warning and now not honoring a contract that has been in place for years. Charging $300 for something I was paying $75 for is rediclous and unfair! Will not be giving the one dollar of my money! I will be trying another business! Truly disappointed as I loved this location, staff, and company!

I have been coming to Ideal image since 2022 and I have realized that all I have done is waste thousands of dollars. I have spent over 10k in laser hair removal that keeps coming back. I suggest not coming to this place all they do is steal your money. Furthermore I bought a packed last year I had to put on pause due to pregnancy and when I resumed the staff was unfriendly, made me wait 40 minutes over my scheduled appointment time and no one was there. They also started charging more for touch ups and won’t honor the original price I was paying. Why do I have to even pay for a touch up when I already bought the package that was supposed to remove the hair in the first place ? Ridiculous! Don’t come here save your money try “laser away” or a different company that uses better equipment and gives free touch ups. Not to mention they also burned me back in 2023 and never gave me the cream to brighten the burn mark they made.

My cousin and I went here and had a diamond glow. We do want to mention, the nurses and staff are really nice. Everyone does a great job with explaining everything in detail. The nurses do make recommendations that match your needs. Our only suggestion, when you are asked to cleanse your face in the bathroom with the complimentary soap the staff provides, the company should use small individually packaged samples of liquid soap, not one bottle for everyone to share and use because some people don't wash their hands and it's really important to practice infection prevention. One of the procedure rooms, the leather on the platform that clients lay on is torn and worn out. However, the place and the procedure areas are top 👌 notch clean, like really clean. Clients might want to bring their own pillow, because the med spa does not have the useful erogonomic systems to elevate your legs or make your neck or back comfortable. The lobby area could use a little updating. Maybe a huge virtual monitor on the wall playing video clips of a digital aquarium or a water fall with some ambient relaxation concepts. This type of setting could really help make the waiting area more inviting. The furniture in the lobby is really low to the ground. After having knee surgery a long time ago, it was hard to get up from the seating area. Our experience with the facial was great! Thank you so much!
