Lynette has been such a joy to work with over the past few months in helping to address my sun damage and acne prone skin. I bought a 10 pack of IPL due to the unbelievable pricing, and have completed 5 treatments at this point. I have never felt so comfortable and more in touch with my skin, and appreciate the thoughtfulness and care she puts into each treatment with me. I had Lynette take this pic for my friends who have thought about trying this procedure. First, Lynette gives you the run down about what will happen. She talks about skin care and the differences in product function, never pressuring you into purchasing their products. The procedure itself didn’t hurt, she followed up with some gels massages into my face and my skin has ever felt better. I’ve had rosacea since my 20s and a few little veins on my face I am so self conscious about. With a few of these treatment that should be a thing of the past. Update: made my appointment for my third micro-needling session, went to the appointment and her Booth is completely empty and she is gone apparently! she won't reply to text messages and phone numbers disconnected so I'm out money I paid for my package!!!!! Guess she is not so amazing:( Lynette is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient with all my questions. I received my first microneedling session, can't wait for my next appointment!!

I’ll start this by admitting that I’ve never had a facial or any skin treatment before. That being said, I recently turned 40 and as someone who is always out in the community working with small businesses and neighborhoods, I am starting to see small signs of sun damage on my cheeks and neck. I came upon a good opportunity to visit and decided to check it out Lynette Lakshmeena at laser528 on Ray rd. Upon walking, she was with another client and a sign said to text upon arrival. She quickly texted back “Merci” and said she would be right with me. A few moments later her previous client passed me smiling and looking radiant. I walked into her office and right away we struck up a conversation about skin, what a laser facial is and what expectations I had. She is a fascinating woman that is very into the environment and energies so I was entertained by our banter and the knowledge I was gaining about me skin and the Az sun. We started and she Informed me of everything she was about to do so I wasn’t surprised. I opted for a little extra because I have quite a few blackheads around my nose. The laser didn’t hurt at all. I left feeling refreshed and my skin after about 8 hours already looks great! I referred a few folks to her as I thought she was a great person with solid business practices and a lot of knowledge. Horrible! First of all.. she deletes all bad reviews on her genbook because I left a review there and I checked twice now and it’s not there. All of her reviews are 5 stars, nothing less so it’s pretty obvious. I didn’t even go to this lady. The reviews I found hidden somewhere while I was google searching after I had purchased a Groupon stated how horrible this lady is. Never shows up on time, admitted the IPL facial doesn’t yield results. I asked to be refunded by Groupon because I did not want to keep my appointment with her. She charged my card five days after my scheduled appointment that was cancelled and would not refund me. Then, she finally refunded me but right after, the card charged again! She kept saying she refunded and showed me evidence. I said yeah, you refunded me once but charged me twice. I had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. She never answered them. They had to take the loss. She has yet to refund.
