If you have not experienced a facial or back facial at Turn Back Time, you don't know what you're missing. The products used are top quality and leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated. The way skin should feel. A Back facial is a must because we all ignore our backs. You will feel completely relaxed and know your back has been cleaned and moisturized completely. The owner Martha is very knowledgeable about skin and will recommend treatments best for your skin type. Turn Back Time offers many services that will result in your skin looking its very best, including removing brown spots to wrinkles etc. She has hired very nice young women. They are knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The pricing for all of the services are very competitive. Best prices in the area. This is a 10 out of 10 spa experience.

My first experience with Turn Back Time was on October 22, 2024. I have been watching Teri O on Sonoran Living for years. I was impressed by the honesty and dedication the owner Martha showed for her business and more importantly for her clients. She is definitely on top of their happiness and values their business. When I first met Martha last October I had never been to a Med Spa and thought I never would. I felt very comfortable with TBT, never pressured or intimidated like I thought it would be at a Scottsdale location. I turned 75 this past March, and told myself this was just for me. I was tired of the fine lines around my lips and the deeper lines that I thought I would have forever! The young ladies make me feel like a friend and that is partly why I am still a very happy 75 year old client with much fewer wrinkles with very pretty and very professional ladies working on me! I'm not sure when I will be done ! I'm having too much fun looking and feeling younger! Thanks TBT !

Misleading and Disappointing Experience – Felt Scammed My dermatologist recommended IPL treatment for sun spots—not this spa, just the treatment itself. I found Turn Back Time Day Spa and purchased an IPL session there, but when I arrived, the staff told me it wouldn’t be effective because my sun spots weren’t dark enough compared to my natural skin tone. They used this to upsell me a $1400 CoolPeel package (4 treatments for face, chest, and hands), claiming it was the only thing that would work. Martha was unprofessional and used scare tactics to push me into the CoolPeel. I saw very minimal results, nowhere near the dramatic before-and-after images they showed (which I now suspect were edited). They initially told me each treatment would resurface 25% of my skin, but at every follow-up, they kept saying I wouldn’t see results until the final session. They also pushed an expensive cream on me during the process. Furthermore, the spa itself was cluttered, there was no real "spa" feeling at all. The environment didn’t inspire trust or professionalism, especially considering the high price point of the treatments. I went back to my dermatologist after finishing the sessions, and he confirmed what I feared: I was scammed. He told me IPL would have been the right solution and that CoolPeel wasn’t even appropriate for my skin type. I feel completely misled and urge others to be cautious. This spa felt more like a high-pressure sales operation than a place genuinely focused on skincare and results.

I have been receiving IPL and Nouvaderm treatments at TURN BACK TIME SPA & WELLNESS CLINIC over this past year, and I am very satisfied with the results I am experiencing. I am 58 years young, and the IPL has my face and arms looking 20 years younger as my "age spots" are nearly gone, and I haven't even completed my package yet. The Nouvaderm has noticeably improved my neckline. I feel better about myself, which was my goal. The staff is highly trained, certified, and professional. They have new top of the line equipment. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I started at this Spa with the purchase of a Groupon, and I am now a forever customer. In fact, I am so happy with my results, I just purchased my spouse her first package. I highly recommend.
