I just moved to Scottsdale from San Diego and I was looking for a place that does coolsculpting in the jaw/chin area. I came across Dolce Aesthetics on Groupon. I spoke with Christina who was very pleasant on the phone and booked me for a same day appointment. I was extremely excited to come in and was greeted warmly at the front. The problem started when Christina took me to the back room to start my service. She did not measure my jawline to ensure she was placing the applicator in the proper position or using the correct size. On top of that, she put an oversized sheet on my neck that was continuously sliding down and dripping all over me. I've had coolsculpting in this area done before and it was never this messy. Christina struggled a bit to attach the applicator to my jaw line (if she had measured, she would've known EXACTLY where to put it on the first try), and when it finally suctioned, part of my face got sucked in too. Christina then turned off the coolscuplting machine to remove the applicator from my skin. I asked her if she had a smaller applicator designed specifically for this area. She ended up running around looking for all the parts she needed. I'm sitting there with the massive gel pad dripping on me. I felt extremely uncomfortable in her ability to complete this service properly and decided to leave. I now have bruise marks from the 5 seconds she placed the applicator on me. I understand that's common, but I'm frustrated that I have bruising from a pointless and shitty experience I asked if Christina was certified to be doing the is service - she said yes. I followed up asking why she didn't measure, and her response was "comfortability". Even so, had to be the sloppiest and unprofessional experience I've had. On the flip side - There was another worker who was very sweet, put vitamin k on the area, and grabbed me an ice pack - kudos to her. I included some pics below.. you can see where she misplaced the applicators from the bruising. Also the gel that dripped down my hair, neck, and shirt.

I went in today for the first time to get lip fillers. I was a bit nervous at first since I don't like needles much and have a lower pain tolerance. The numbing cream was amazing! It felt like a few pinches and was not as painful as I thought. I also loved how Kim was quick and reassuring. She was very professional and I enjoyed my first time getting lip fillers! Thank you :)

Wow Kim is a genius, and nothing more can be said for her perfect work other than she is confident in what she does and provides excellent service. I came out with more knowledge for the future, how best take take care of my skin, and she is a true professional. I had my lips and Dysport done with Becca the other day and my experience was truly amazing. The numbing cream she used was like magic, literally couldn’t feel a thing (and I hate needles). My lips look so good, very even and plump! Just the way I like them! Becca is so nice and easy to talk to, she made great recommendations for me based on age and the look I wanted to achieve. I highly recommend coming to Dolce for your injections and very highly suggest seeing Becca. 😊😊

I had some Botox and some fillers done here and they were great. I had previously had some done at the other location in chandler and I had not been impressed. I got a deal on group on for the fillers and at the time there was an even better deal that was told to me by the injector. She was super nice I can’t remember her name but she was really friendly and helpful. The deal was terrific so I had injections to my labio lines lips and some Botox to my forehead. The nurse injector was very skilled, I didn’t feel it nearly as much as I had the time before and I also didn’t feel rushed like I had been in the past. The nurse took her time with me and made sure I felt comfortable and felt good about things. She gave me a popsicle icey to put on some injections that swelled a bit and that was helpful. She told me what to expect over the next few days and I felt like I was in safe hands. I would definitely go back and recommend if you are looking to get a little work done because they have great deals and the staff are great.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH Dolce Aesthetics!!! Thursday I had a lip filler with Kim. Just right away I got bruising and after 3 days I got something like cold sore as you can see in the picture (maybe it is an infection). I was extremely nervous because the office was not clean and does not look professional. In addition, I had a lip filer before but this never happened to me, SO IT WAS THEIR FAULT. I also have to PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE to visit a physician, do a blood test, and pay for treatment but THEY WERE SO RUDE. They told me they never refund my money back and she emphasized that 85% of people have this !!!! I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF INJECTIONS!!
