The staff took such good care of me and ensured I was comfortable the entire 90 min appointment. My treatments were very thorough. Not only were they incredibly kind and discussed my aesthetic goals comfortably, their professionalism, knowledge, and confidence in their craft was unmatched. Pearl Med Spa is able to customize what works best for each client, rather than selling what they have like many smaller spas. They have a wide variety of treatments and the expertise to use them effectively. After first going to two other med spas I was impressed with the recommendations and treatment plan I received at Pearl. They offered unique options that I had not heard of from the other spas. Pearl was the hands down winner for me! During my treatment I was made to feel very comfortable. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The spa itself is sparkling clean. I am pleased with the results I am seeing and glad to have Pearl as a go to option for my skin needs.

This place was a waste of my time! I set an appointment for a medical/wellness consultation a week in advance for 9am. The nurse called me the day before to say they were out of testosterone. She didn’t say anything about cancelling the consultation. I wasn’t going to buy day one anyhow, I spend time considering my options before purchasing anything. Anyhow, I showed up I was told the nurse was busy so I sat w/ some girl who pitched me on some skin treatment package I never asked for or about, & she could answer none of my questions on wellness, remember I came in for that originally. What a waste of time! Her consistent answer was “well the nurse really has to answer that” Woman, that’s who I was told I had an appointment with! These people need to get it together. Lots of pretty ladies work there, no professionalism whatsoever. Stay away! I wanted to talk wellness they wanted to pitch a 12 month skin treatment plan, my skin is fine, don’t waste my time.

I’ve been a member at Pearl Medspa for the last few years and their products, services but especially their employees have been incredible. I’ve had to cancel at the last minute, they have been accommodating but they have also accommodated me at the last minute. I’m blown away by Andrew’s reviews. First of all, THEY did in fact inform you that they were out of testosterone. If that isn’t an indication that you don’t need to come in, then why did you? You made it appear there was a switch and bait. The ladies are also in sales (as in any occupation where you offer product and services) by your choice in coming in, why would they not offer you another product or service? I’ve gone to the spa and upon waiting for one of the physicians, I was offered products I didn’t think about but ended up purchasing. I’ve also turned down other products and services but still welcomed with a smile. You’re being very petty about the situation. Don’t blame others for your lack of awareness PS. Maybe having a better personality won’t put as much stress on your testosterone levels
