When I went to Kim, I had incredibly dry and patchy skin. Within three months of regular microdermabrasion facials, my skin has never looked so good! The dry patches are completely gone and my skin is clear. Kim is super knowledgeable about skin care and health and, while she can absolutely recommend the right products for your skin care regimen, I never feel like she is pushing her products on me. She is even willing to give me her advice and opinion on the products I am already using. I did end up buying the cleanser she used just because I love how it makes my skin feel!

Kim is awesome. Although her facials are not necessarily "relaxing", they work! I'd much rather have a quick and effective facial than have someone rub floral scented creams on my face for an hour just so my skin smells great. I've seen her twice now and have several more appointments booked out until September. She is knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and skin history, and truly treats you with the best possible treatment, not just the one that will make her the most money. Kim and her services are an absolute delight. Right off the bat she has such a friendly warm presence about her that makes the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. She cares about you leaving happy and is meticulous in every detail so that you leave feeling confident. Truly wonderful customer service and willing to go out of her way to council you about services outside business hours. She's extremely knowledgeable and it's very clear she is the best at what she does. I left feeling refreshed from the recommended services I received which were custom tailored based on my individual needs. Do yourself a favor and book services with Kim as soon as possible, the results are already beyond my expectations after only a single service. I definitely plan to be a loyal repeat customer. Ignore the two bad reviews here as they are nothing more than a malicious attempt to attack a wonderful business owner by a very troublesome person and their friend who ganged up unfairly here. I plan to send all my friends and associates to Kim because she's that good! Give her a try and you won't regret it.

Kim has been treating me for acne. I was seeing a dermatologist who prescribed harsh topicals that did not work at all on my sensitive skin. Kim suggested I try a few products in the lines she uses. They are easier on my skin and are really working. She is the best at extractions and teaching you how to do it as well as facials and peels that have really improved my skin. I highly recommend Kim.
