My friend invited me to get Botox injections together, and I agreed. On the day of the appointment, her mother had a sudden medical emergency. My friend called me in tears and asked if I could please call and cancel her spot, but keep mine so I wouldn’t cancel for both of us. As a business owner myself, I understand how important this is, so I explained the situation and confirmed that I would still come alone. The clinic said, “No problem.” When I arrived, I was taken straight in for the procedure. I asked the price per unit and was told it’s $11 with a friend, or $12 if you come alone. After finishing 60 units, I went to pay and was told that because I came without my friend, the price was actually $13 per unit. I was charged $760. No one warned me in advance that the price would change so drastically because my friend had an unavoidable medical emergency. When they asked me to come back in two weeks, I said “no.” For the difference of $60–180, they lost a client. They got $760 once, but I will never return and will not recommend them to anyone. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional treatment of customers.

I have been going her for 12+years. They have always taken care of me over the years for fillers. I never do a lot....just a little. Today I saw Autum again for the first time in 10 years...she wasn't always available so I switched up to several different nurses over the years. I was so pleased with the time she took with me and we worked in the "correction" mode for previous fillers. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend her for sure.

Absolutely felt so comfortable here. Heidi did a great job on my lip flip! I also got my lips dissolved with her(from a previous injector) So happy with the results!! I was able to bring my two-year-old to my appointment in his stroller. My baby was a little fussy and they were so kind. They treated him so well. I highly recommend Heidi she’s honest and cares about her work. Definitely will be going back for more work.☺️

I have never written a bad review. This is my first. Do not purchase anything such as specials ahead of time as you will not get a refund for funds in your account. Heidi, who was a master esthetician, left Rejeuvine before I was able to use the special (which was a birthday gift). When I inquired about a refund, America explained that they could not do it as it’s a company policy. She suggested using it for other services with a nurse (Autumn) whom I am not comfortable with or for products I don’t want. I explained that I did not go back to Autumn because of her bedside manners and changed to a gal named Colleen years ago who was also wonderful. Colleen recommended Heidi who I have been going to for years. America also turned it around on herself to gain sympathy and asked me to think of her and what she’s going through?! Really?! How unprofessional! This is supposed to be a place where you go to pamper yourself and feel good. Now I feel forced to enter this place of business where I feel uncomfortable and use my remaining balance for products I don’t want. I won’t let my account go unused and plan to deplete it with products but I am outraged by this terrible customer service.

They have the best machines and the best staff in all of San Diego. They know what they're talking about to the point that some of the technology they have is basically bulletproof against some side effects you would experience elsewhere. They are SO easy to work with too; they're straight up and very organized. So, I know it's not gonna be a surprise each time I go to an appointment. I also can't stress enough about a good laser hair removal machine used by a good operator. Surely, that goes for any machine. But, they actually make a difference. The 1st visit for my hair removal was literally more effective on my Brazilian than the 8 times I went to LaserAway, no joke. Those 8 times at LaserAway were intended to be maintenance, but instead of progressing, it regressed lol! So, thank you Rejeuvine for stepping in for the win and giving me amazing results. Hence, it's a great deal, especiallyyyyy for maintenance treatments. They don't try to rip you off. 1st Review from 2020: This is a great place with very knowledgeable staff. Sara is amazing at getting out all of the junk in my pores, moreso than any other esthetician ever did. They have good deals and Jeri answers questions very clearly. They have lots of patience, are flexible, and try their best to accommodate everyone. 2024 Review When I Moved Back: Wow- 4 years later, and I still can't say enough good things about this place. The owner, America, has been a pleasure and all of them are very professional with lots of patience. Autumn is one of the best aesthetic RN's out there, or RN period. She has a passion for what she does and knows what your skin needs, not to mention her patience and desire to truly want to help you in every aspect. She is exremely knowledgeable and I trust her 100%. I have done Laser Genesis and laser hair removal with them this yr. I should have went to her for Microneedling, but instead I made the mistake of going to Revive MedSpa for that. What I'm saying is that I would be in much better hands with them/Autumn...period, point blank. Thanks as always.
