After moving away from the area, we still do not hesitate to drive four hours one way to have our appointments. The front desk is great at getting us in on short notice and is always good at moving our appointments when necessary.

O. Jay was an awesome doctor. He explained things clearly and reiterated multiple times. When he was lancing my cyst, he was as gentle as you can be in the situation. The entire time keeping me talking by asking me questions and telling me what he was doing. When it came to injecting the site; he had this funny whistle he would do and it honestly made the experience go from a possible 5 out of 10 (on the pain scale) to at most a 2 out of 10. He was very professional and the entire time keeping it down to Earth. Would highly recommend anyone to go to Chico Dermatology. Great staff, and great procedural operation.
