I visited Urban Med Spa for the first time yesterday after having it highly recommend by someone whose opinion I trust. I had booked the lomi lomi massage with Lorna and the experience did not disappoint. I wouldn't call myself a spa conosseiur, but I've had enough experiences to know that atmosphere matters almost as much as the treatment itself. As soon as you walk into the lobby you're invited by a clean, modern aesthetic that lets you know you're in the right place for a luxe self-care experience. The massage therapist was incredibly thorough and intuitive when it came to stress points that needed extra attention to be worked out. I left feeling relaxed and like I had more range of motion throughout my shoulders and back. It did take me about five weeks to get in so I would recommend booking ASAP if you're interested. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a client of urban Medspa for about 15 years and have always been thrilled with the results. I started with hair removal on my upper lip and eventually had my chin done after discovering I was morphing into a wizard after the birth of my third son. I had botox starting in my late twenties to stop stress induced furrowing that was causing headaches. It has helped me age gracefully and also stopped the headaches. As I got older I eventually had my lips filled. I love that Elan keeps the aesthetic natural and only fills to replenish what is naturally lost over time. I never looked like a freaky fish. Laxity in my mid face started to set in right around forty and Dysport was used to refill the volume that was lost on my cheeks. The results were immediate and totally mind blowing. I have also had sculptra injections to help restore lost collagen in areas that are thinning out, particularly around the mouth and shin where some sagging was setting in. Elan is an incredibly talented artist and brilliant medical professional. I have always felt totally safe and heard during our consultations and appointments and she has always sent me out looking better than I could ever anticipate. Renee offers impeccable customer service and I always enjoy our great conversations. She is prompt with responding to appointment requests and working with my busy schedule. The spa is immaculate and very well decorated. The overall experience is truly luxurious from the time you enter the door. This is the only place to which I will ever trust my face!

I went to urban med spa for laser hair removal treatments and would highly recommend. The office was always very clean and felt peaceful, they fully explained what the process would be like and what to expect during and after. My treatments were spread out over a few months and I never had an issue with any employees or the facilities and they were very helpful if I needed to change my appointment for any reason.

I have been going to urban MedSpa for quite a while now I absolutely love the owner Rene she is so sweet and professional. The injector Elan is so talented and really strives to keep up with the trends as well as continuing her education. I also love that she is a very conservative injector and doesn’t ever over do it! Did I mention this place is also one of the most beautifully decorated spas I have ever been to! It was immaculate before and I’m also very impressed by all of the extra CDC protocols being followed! If you are looking for a med spa in Chico don’t waste your time going anywhere else urban Medspa is the best and has the most competitive pricing as well!

This place is absolutely amazing! I had my lips filled today, and prior to coming here, I had ever only seen one person. I had chose to look for someone who would give me a better experience. Not only was this a great experience, but she fixed the little imperfections left by the last person who did my lips, and at a much better price. These were the sweetest women I’ve ever met. Extremely professional, personable, caring. The place is absolutely beautiful inside. So relaxing. I highly recommend going to them for all your spa services and more.

Went into Urban Med Spa for a Laser Hair Removal touch up. I’ve been away from my normal med spa and felt it was time to get these hairs handled. So I gave them a call and they were super helpful and clear about their process, prices and the procedures they were following during Covid. So they easily booked me for an appointment for 2 weeks later. They sent me some info after our call and a few days before the appointment. Upon arrival I could clearly see it was exceptionally clean and beautiful space. They were knowledgeable in the hair removal process and other procedures I had asked about. And then I was done in no time. Having looked at other places in the area and Sacramento I was happy with this place, due to knowledge, professionalism, communication, cleanliness and prices.
