I booked an appointment at LA Curves for my mother for two services. I received both a confirmation email and a confirmation text, so everything appeared to be in order. However, when she arrived, she was told she wouldn’t be seen — with no prior notice. When my mother showed up for her two appointments they let her know her name was not on the system due to a system failure. While I understand that unforeseen issues can happen, it was disappointing to receive confirmation messages and still have the appointment not honored — especially without any prior heads up. It left my mother feeling dismissed and our time was wasted. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I was offer a free service with a heads up of the girls services not been the best, and having us wait a week for her to come back from vacation after paying for the two services that I had already booked but the lack of urgency for them to solve the problem made me want to take my business elsewhere. clearer and more timely communication would have gone a long way in preventing this situation. I hope improvements are made to avoid similar experiences for others.

I’ve been coming to LA Curves for over 6 months. I mostly do the sculpting massages but I have also gone for scalp and body massages. Every body has been pleasant, on time and thorough. They are open in evenings which is great for a working woman and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend for all your self care needs.

I totally recommend this place! I called for same day appointment and I was blessed to speak to Anaisa, whom squeezed me in for same day. Upon arrival I felt at ease in the hands of professionals. After my session I was given an Arnica tea. She was very personable and caring. Plenty of parking as well.

I love LA Curves, I have been a client for over 3 years and the costumer service is exceptional! I started doing Sauna Blanket Session literally lost inches first session. I like the fact I can have my hands are free and not in closed box, great for my anxiety. 2023 I started incorporate body sculpting and wood therapy, I feel it has made a huge difference on my metabolism and gave me hourglass figure I have not been able to attain with gym sessions.
