I first saw Joy for a facial and had amazing results. She is both professional and easy to talk to which made the treatment very comfortable and enjoyable for my spa experience. I wasn’t sure what to have done but wanted to kick start my dating life and freshen up. She recommended a custom facial and a product to set me up on a good skin care routine to address my concerns. I learned she also waxes so saw her again for a back wax which actually wasn’t painful at all, thankfully. Not sure I’ll attempt a chest wax just yet but she waxed my nostrils and ears also. I feel and look great and would recommend her highly.

I had an amazing facial with Joy. I wasn’t sure what I needed other than my face felt as though it needed more “vibrancy” to it, for lack of a better term. She evaluated my skin under a magnifying lamp and suggested an Oxygen Facial for my needs. It is now the next day and my skin feels plump, soft, hydrated and glowing. I cannot stop touching it and this is my go-to facial and skin expert! She recommended the HA5 for me as well which I feel will maintain results or at least improve hydration until my next appointment in 4 weeks. I highly recommend Skin Renewal Center and Joy. She spoke when I wanted to chat and let me relax when I received my massage. It was a good balance to set my comfort level for relaxation. Bonus tip: the spa is located just past Peete’a coffee in a breezeway, it took me ailment to locate.

I had a massage purchased through Groupon. The waiting room is very appealing with a small fountain. There must be a Dr. connected to this place as they do Botox. etc. The massage was decent. But, I felt like I was getting a hard-sell for a membership type deal. I hate that sort of selling approach. I will follow up with what I can only describe as a questionable/to the point of sleazy experience with the owner of Skin Renewal Center. So, Addendum. 3 years in a row I received a notice that it was Time for the Annual Free Facial But, you must call and reserve you spot with a $50.00 deposit. Pretty sure I still have the flier sitting around. So, I asked if they refund the deposit to hold the "Free Facial" No, most people use it towards the cost of the Facial>. WHAT?????? BUYER BEWARE!

I received my first service from the spa's newest aesthetician, Linda, last week, and it was great! Linda was fantastic at addressing my skin care needs. After a consultation with her, we agreed to start a series of back facials to fix pigmentation and scars I have on my back -- I'm trying to get bikini ready for the summer! The results from the first treatment are very promising, and I can't wait for my next one :)

Their nurse was very professional and knowledgeable and she explained everything about the process .when you enter the spa it has a very telaxing and positive energy. What can I say about the Center. Having never been to spa I must admit my first time I was pretty nervous. With in minutes of entering the door. all apprehension was gone. Jack is beyond awesome. attentive to my needs and VERY informative as too what was causing my pain and how too avoid it in the future. The ownership I must say is very generous. In my free time I fund raise for local non profits and when I approached the shop/owner with an idea for a fundraiser they didn't think twice.They just said set it up! Although I was prepared to pay for their services They insisted on the value to be a donation. Great Service and Even Greater Heart is why I'm a customer for life.

The overall experience was very relaxing. I needed a lot of cleaning up, and I feel my esthetician (can't remember her name right now!) did a great job doing just that. She recommended some products, which I bought and have been diligent in using. My skin is very clear and healthy now, not even a week later. I visited the spa last week and had a facial with Ines. This was one of the best facials I have ever received. Not to mention the ambiance of the spa and the professional staff which made my experience that much better. I will definitely go back and look forward to experiencing and exploring the variety of other services they offer. I've had many massages and one hour-long facial here. Melanie for massage is very skilled and attentive. She finds sore/tight muscles without my even mentioning them to her. I became a "member" of SRC for the massage! The facial was relaxing and tailored to my skin's needs. I don't remember the aesthetician's name, but she provided a soothing experience while helping my skin glow for my wedding day.
