I was happy that the receptionist was able to schedule me within the same week of me buying my treatment. First visit went great, I could already see a small difference from my laser hair removal treatment. Jane was friendly and very thorough. They have Obagi products which is great. Definitely excited to continue my scheduled laser treatments. Only suggestion would be that they get a brochure of all treatments that are offered w/ pricing attached.

I have been here for two appointments already and I couldn't be happier. My husband just asked me recently if I was liking not having a beard anymore! After getting PCOS and hormonal imbalances under control, it was time to address the hair growth that stemmed from those issues. I've had my face waxed for over 10 years trying to thin my facial hair out. Now, just 2 appointments in, I have minimal (almost none) growth where I was treated. The dark spots on my skin from waxing and ingrown hairs are going away. My skin is smoother and healthier. It's EVERYTHING I wanted it to be. It also helps that I got an amazing deal for a "full face" treatment (I called the office directly to see what they could do), and that the staff if friendly, courteous, and efficient. We've only had to reschedule one apt, I was informed well in advance, and rescheduled at a time convenient to me. I can't wait for my next appointment!!

Friendly staff but the “laser hair removal” doesn’t work. I’m not even sure if it’s a proper laser. I think they use IPL so it’s not very successful. Don’t waste money or time.

I absolutely love the doctor/owner of Calvine and even drove an hour each way to my appointments because he was that good and professional. My problem was with the scheduling staff and his manager. I needed a follow up appointment and continually called their office with no success in scheduling an appointment. They kept telling me that they didn't have the schedule and that they would call me back. No one ever called me back. For a month, I made several attempts with their front office and even left a detailed message on the managers direct line and still received no response. Hope they figure it out because I would go back. BTW......I give five stars to the doctor!!

This place scammed me out of $500 worth of Botox treatments. The amount of units should have made a noticeable difference— there was none. I got a second opinion with my regular provider and they said the same thing. I noticed the Botox was sitting out with no seal, not refrigerated. I noted it to Dr. Ali who said he removed the seal so the needle doesnt get dull. These needles should be single use only. He proceeded with the treatment against my concerns. I requested a refund or a touch up but they only wanted to charge me more. There was also a dark exam room messy filled with children’s toys and extremely off-putting front desk admin who was rude. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The “Botox” is diluted, not properly stored, or not Botox at all. You will be scammed. The office refuses to respond to my request for a refund. Update: The rude front office assistant called me— not to remedy the situation but to scream at me and tell me she is not off-putting and I am wrong.

Wish I could say the last visit was good. The care and service here varies widely depending on who the doctor and staff are for the day. I have been going there often, but on one visit I was charged $100 instead of my usual co-pay. I am waiting for a refund. I was told that the refund would arrive after my next visit. That's like buying something and not receiving a refund when you are entitled to it, just in case you buy something else later on. Not good. Also, on the last visit the doctor lectured me when I was sick (last thing I need) on big pharma. Not the time or place for that. I go here only because it is close and every so often there is a really competent doctor there later in the day.

My son has a serious illness so we never know when he will end up at the hospital, Calvine Urgent Care can administer IVs, so they have saved us from having to go to the ER many times. The Staff is courteous and helpful, and the Dr.s are caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Maroon is very smart and caring--he recently found a new medication for my son that his own "team" of doctors never thought to try, and this prescription has changed my son's life, he is feeling much better than he has felt in years. Thank you so much Dr. Maroon! Also Dr. Maroon takes the time to give nutritional advice and other lifestyle advice to help my son feel better.

I will have a scar on my face forever that's worse than what I went to get help with. The staff and doctor were nice, but he was an ER doctor not experienced in detail procedures. He misdiagnosed one thing I recently found out from Kaiser dermatology and the lazer treatment he did made it worse. According to the dermatologist I see it should never hand been touched. He also cut out a small lump on my lip and left a scar worse than what he removed. If I'd known ahead of time they weren't experienced with micro surgery I never would have done the procedure. It looks so much worse than the small bump I wanted removed. It was the first time I've ever done anything cosmetic and assumed an anesthetic center would have specialists, horrible mistake that I regret every day.

Bought the one year of unlimited visits of hair removal for my daughter. It did not work. Not sure if it was because she couldn't be seen enough times in the year for the procedure to work (appointments were scheduled too far apart which was their recommendation) or because the laser is not good.
