I felt like my experience, compared to other places I have been felt very transactional and I was not very satisfied with my results. They took payment before they even did my Botox. My total was $600 (which is the most I have ever paid for Botox) and I don’t feel my results looked as good as I have had in the past. My photos are 6 weeks apart and I am not as happy with my results as I expected to be. There is still a lot of movement in the middle of my eyebrows and my forehead.

I have been coming to Urban Medical Aesthetics for several years now since moving to the area and it has been heaven sent! They offer so many services, all from highly trained staff ready to answer any questions you may have. The office is always so clean and beautiful, the perfect calm space to relax during sessions. So far I am well into my laser hair removal process for a few problem areas and the results are amazing! I also receive Botox in my forehead and never feel like it’s too much for me and my desired look. I love my lips! Tasha did such a great job making my lips fuller but yet still natural looking. I don’t even know where to start.. Staff was amazing & Tasha is a freaking lifesaver. She is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I’ve only had 2 sessions & have seen a 90% difference (no lie) with me being black, I thought my skin would burn & leave dark spots, but it has not at all. I would recommend this service to anyone. I absolutely love Urban Medical Aesthetics and will be a committed customer for all my beauty needs!! I reached out for a consultation and to be honest I was very hesitant at first. Tasha understood that this was my very first time having anything done to my face and was very patient with me. She took the time to explain the process and walked me through step by step what she was doing. She called me that same day to make sure I was doing well and to answer any questions I may have had. I even had to bring my highly energetic 6 year old son for my touch up session and the staff were so very kind and kept him busy!! Thank you London!!
