I had a wonderful experience with Folsom Plastic Surgery and Dr. Mabourakh. I initially had a scheduling hiccup — the office wrote my number down incorrectly, so when the doctor had to cancel my first consultation, I didn’t receive notice. Thankfully, the receptionist was very kind and rescheduled me right away when I came in. The night before surgery there was also a little confusion — I was prescribed a medication that said to take immediately, and since the office was closed, I followed the pharmacy’s instructions. The doctor clarified the timing with me the next morning (should be taken the night of surgery for inflammation) and all was fine, but it’s something to be aware of for future patients. That said, the results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mabourakh did an incredible job on my breast augmentation revision — removing my 19-year-old saline implants and replacing them with silicone gel. He also repaired the pockets on both sides, as my previous implants had shifted over time due to breastfeeding and weight loss. The new size, shape, and placement look amazing. I also had a rhinoplasty revision, and I couldn’t be happier. I can breathe better, and my nose now has a cute slope and defined tip with no asymmetry — it feels and looks so natural. Despite the small scheduling issues early on, the doctor and staff were excellent, compassionate, and highly skilled. I’m thrilled with my results and would absolutely recommend Folsom Plastic Surgery. I’ll definitely be back in a few years when I’m ready for my facelift!

I am one month post op from having a Rhino/Septoplasty and upper and lower Bleph. I am incredibly happy with my results. I know my nose is still in the healing process but it looks great (with some minor swelling at the tip, which is normal).
