I’ve been taking my teenage daughter here for over a year. The staff is amazing , always so kind, welcoming , and helpful. We don’t ever have to wait months for an appointment and the wait time in the waiting room is not long at all. Hailey is great with her care and is always open to hearing us out. We love it here and would recommend to anyone!

So disappointed in how this office has gone down in communication. My daughter and myself were long time clients my daughter went to make an appointment and all she could get was answering machines and no replies on text messages that they say they prefer and less wait time. Needless to say after the 3rd time of no call or text back she ended up going somewhere else and won’t be returning here and I am in the same boat. Do I recommend? Nope not if you like communication.

Worst place ever! First time patient for eczema. Dr blew in and ran out! Told me he was going to prescribe me a strong medication. Prescription was NEVER called in! I called the office twice asking about the prescription and both times was told we will send him a message! Never received prescription, Never going back again!

I’ve been going here for around 5 years and have zero complaints. Clean and spacious facility. Great doctor an PAs. Great staff at the front desk. Very good with their scheduling as wait times are generally not very long.

My husband had a great experience there friendly service doctor took the time to take pictures and ask questions very satisfied with the appointment. Parking lot fills up fast so you may want to get to your appointment early because parking is limited inside of the medical office area

1st appt they didn’t have all the needed documents from my health insurance so I waited about 1 hour to be seen while they took care of that. I wish they would have figured that out before my appt. 2nd appt was a follow-up appt. waited 1 whole hour to be seen. This place is overly packed seems as they over book and have everyone waiting for 1hr + I would not recommend to anyone.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for over 4 years. The physicians are exceptional, kind and have great bed side manner. However, over the last few years I’ve noticed when calling the office, staff answering the phones are very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Working in the medical field myself this is very disheartening and frustrating. As much as I love our provider Michelle, I find myself thinking about seeking care elsewhere.
