BEWARE!! This med-spa is the worst! Do not make the same mistake as I did, do not let them do anything to your skin. There are so many reputable places, why take a chance and have your skin in worse shape than when you went in. I went in for a few brown spots on my neck, chest and hands and came out with burns and blisters on my hands, chest and arms. I didn’t even ask to have anything done on my arms. The technician, John is completely incompetent and unable to properly assess a person’s skin to determine how to set his IPL laser. It says on the internet that an IPL should never burn off any layers of skin, but he wouldn’t take any responsibility for his error. He just said to come back in a month. I have been suffering for over a week wearing a long sleeve, high-necked t-shirt to cover the burns. I regret ever having walked in their door! But now all I can do is warn others.
