I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a great experience I had to get on here. Super clean!! Super friendly and informative staff! AND super thorough job when it came to my laser hair removal. I had been to other places in the past and always had spots of hair left behind thanks to SLS I go in like 2-3 times a year now for laser hair removal. Love it definitely try them out you won’t regret it.

I love this little laser center. They are quick and professional and gets the job done and is very effective, and I can see the results. I have been coming here for years but moved away. Years later when I returned back to LA, I went back again to continue my treatment. The prices are fair and have great packages. Definitely recommend this place.

I am really happy that I found SLS Laser Center! I have been to countless laser centers in North Hollywood and Burbank where they have promised me to only do 6-7 sessions and I will have permanent results, and when I completed all sessions, they said they do not know why I have excessive hair growth. I was extremely unhappy with the service and spending so much money. Shortly after, I found SLS Laser Center. I am so happy I found this place because they tell it how it is. They do not BS. They told me they can't tell me how many sessions I will need because it varies from person to person. So far I have only had 4 sessions on my back, and my back is almost completely hairless. I'm not sure if its the machines they use or whatnot, or if they just increase the levels, but nonetheless, it's working and you can tell that they care about their customers. Prices are reasonable, the laser center is spotless, and the entire staff is knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will refer all my friends here. Thank you SLS Laser Center for your honesty !!

Great experience overall . Diana & Sona were very helpful from Day one . The staff is very friendly and polite . We drive from San Diego to their location because of their amazing results . They will answer any questions that you have for them and provide treatment without having to wait so long . They manage to give you all the information you’ll need to know to take care of yourself post treatment . Within 2 weeks I started to notice how clear my face looked . I began to feel comfortable going out without any make up . Dark spots around the beard and chin area has become a lot brighter . Their follow up appointments are quick and easy to make . The next appointment will be all body treatment, So that should be a delight (: Thanks SLS!!!

Avoid this place. I went in for a touch up on my face and I noticed the first week the hair was not falling off. I called 10 days later and the receptionists told me I have to wait a full 14 days and exfoliate my face. The hair if course did not fall off. I called a little after the 2 weeks and they said there is nothing they can do and would need to go back for a full treatment and there was nothing they would do and I would have to pay for a whole session even though the first session did not work.

Do not go to this place very dirty and worst costumer service I ever seen, very rude receptionist. They don't respect their clients. Your time is not valuable to them. You can wait up till 45 min to get your treatment done. I found another place more professional called New Look Skin very clean an respectful.
