CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T EXIST IN THIS PLACE. I chose this place because two years ago I had laser hair removal here through Groupon and was happy with the results. But this year my experience was completely different. From the very beginning, I felt looked down on. I don’t know if it was because I purchased again through Groupon or for another reason, but the attitude was noticeable. Last month, I called in advance (as they ask you to do) to reschedule a session originally booked for a Thursday and asked to move it to Saturday. The woman on the phone did reschedule it, but at the end of the call she told me to “please stop rescheduling” since I had done so before. All of those times were for work reasons, and there is no rule that says how many times a client is allowed to reschedule. When I arrived for my Saturday appointment, the front desk staff looked confused and told me I had no appointment in the system. I explained patiently that I had rescheduled. She told me to sit and wait, then a few minutes later asked me in a defensive tone: “So you missed your appointment and you want to get one now?” Again, I explained the situation calmly. Eventually, they checked the call recordings and confirmed I was telling the truth. My question is: why greet a customer with suspicion in the first place, when the issue could easily be clarified by checking the call? Why treat paying clients as if they are lying? At that point, I honestly didn’t even feel like continuing with the service, but since I had already paid and had one session left, I finished them. Now that my sessions are over, I feel like have to say something and that’s why I write this review.

Some of these negative comments are from entitled people. The service here is great. Their Groupon worked on me cause I’m a returning customer. They have a good system of emailing you and txting you to remind you of your appointment. I love my tech Alisha!

I have been going here over 10 years now for laser hair removal and recommended 5 other family members and friends who regularly visit as well. We all are happy with the expertise, results and the whole experience this establishment offers. Constantly updating their tech which result in better outcome. Special thanks to nurse Aren for going above and beyond on couple occasions to accomodate me in short notice. I highly recommend them to everybody!!! Give them a try and you’ll definitely become a family. 6 star experience always!!!

DONT BOOK WITH THE COMPANY CONTUE TO BOOK WITH GROUPON ! When I booked my appointment through the company I wasn’t informed to pay extra for a “extended chin”. A chin is a chin, it’s not like the front and back NECK. 150$ for a small “chin” area.. 2nd time coming here I’ll never come back. I found a place that does the entire area emails me in anyone needs the info

Huge waste of money! The only good thing about this place is the laser doesn't really hurt. But I think they keep it on such a low frequency that you have to keep coming back again and again and again.Customer service is a mixed bag and you can't really build a rapport with any practitioner because every time you go they have several new nurses or whatever you call them. I've never had the same one in the years that I've gone there. I went for 2 years to get rid of some strays. I still have them! Also, I bought package deals and almost every time I go there they are "missing treatments" from the package and I always have to politely argue that I know i have more treatments left. You need to keep track of your packages cuz these people will just keep charging you and "losing" treatments from your package if you're not on top of it. It's pretty classless to steal from people like that. The treatments are def not worth the time, money or effort put into them since they don't really work. I barely noticed any kind of difference. And that's what's going every month! They seem cheap but if they don't work, that's not good! Also who the hell is Linda? never met her. I think a lot of these reviews are fake! Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable place!

After going to many different places and doing laser for the last 6-7 years on and off. I found touch of class Medspa and I finally became happy with the results! This place offers a different type of machine that everybody says they have. It actually does work unlike other places that I went through and they gave me all the false promises. So after those 6-7 years of doing laser removal on my upper body , all the hair came back even thicker! Until I had my 3rd session at TOUCH OF CLASS MEDSPA! I couldn’t believe how the effect I always heard is real! So I was very happy. Also the Staff are super nice and professional. I can tell you as a man with the thick hair background , I lost 90% of those after 5-7 sessions. It does come back a tiny bit but even if I don’t do laser it’s not that noticeable. But I still go back to do touch ups. So I recommend this place to anyone know needs laser hair removal treatment to be done :)
