I’ve been a regular customer at SkinMedix for the past six months, visiting almost every month. Today, I had an appointment but due to a work commitment, I called ahead to let them know I would be about 10–15 minutes late. I asked if I should reschedule or if I could still come in a bit later. They told me I would need to rebook, which I completely understood and apologized for the inconvenience. Then they called me back to say I would need to pay a $50 late fee. I explained that I was already on my way and could be there in about 10 minutes. They said they could offer an alternative treatment instead, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived within 10 minutes, the staff seemed confused and mentioning there were only 15 minutes left of my original appointment. The whole situation felt poorly handled, and the person I spoke with over the phone came across as unhelpful and unprofessional. In person, the staff was cold and didn’t seem to care about providing good customer service. I left feeling sad and disappointed. I used to enjoy going there, but it’s clear that if anything unexpected comes up, they’re not willing to accommodate or treat customers with care. I paid the $50 late fee but , I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to others. It’s just not worth it.

Did some Dysport, saw little to no change. Went back in for a touchup because there was no change, still no change. Not my first time getting dysport Not sure why there are no results Good facility, close to where I live, but it obviously doesn't make sense to go and pay if there are little to no results.

My whole experience with SkinMedix was exceptional, The moment I walked in I was greeted so kindly by Natasha. I must say her work ethics are outstanding but what really shined in my eyes was how she cared and catered to me . My appt was right on time. My facial was done by Diana , the room was calm and so relaxing and my facial was the best I ever had. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be well cared for by a staff that is professional but at the same time caring Thank you Natasha for being so welcoming on my 1st appt and Diana for the best job ever. This will be my go to place for all my skin care needs .

First off as a young male, the atmosphere is professional and welcoming. As guys we may feel skeptical to try out things like this but i highly recommend it! Staff was very informative and kind, Natasha and Eileen both know all the treatments well and helped me decide what would be best for my needs. April was very nice, and i will be going back to see her again first impressions were good! The staff is professional the music and vibe is nice not too loud or “bar” ish just subtle and relaxing, very clean place, will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the area!

I’ve been visiting skin medix for years, I have always been treated with dignity & respect. The staff are all highly qualified professionals who have a way of making you feel special. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a cheery welcoming smile usually by Natasha, she’s always so helpful & genuine. I love Diana she has a wonderful touch when doing a facial. Leila usually does my Botox & is excellent at knowing just when to suggest it’s time for a little extra. Eileen is very knowledgeable & helpful when I ask for advice about products & treatments. This is a great place well run, exceptionally clean with expert staff. I highly recommend them if your looking for a med spa.
