Came here for a consultation with Dr. Newen and instantly felt comfortable. Going to a cosmetic surgery office always makes me, especially being a male patient, feel out of place but Dr. Newen and his staff were very welcoming. Dr. Newen was honest and straight forward with his recommendations. I liked the way he explained things and he didn't try to push me on anything. His consultant, Jane, was very helpful and gave me reasonable prices for his services. I was able to book my procedure the same week and left as a new person. My overall experience was nice and quick. Thank you Dr. Newen and the entire staff!

Plastic surgery disaster or rather spending a huge amount of money to turn a normal face after plastic surgery into sagging, deformed, disfigurement ,concave, convex , crooked and 15 years older which is the result after FACELIFT & chin implants with doctor Peter Newen & I am one of the victims of this doctor & I come here to tell you the truth as I don't want you guys to become a victim like me & I am a proof & with all the receipts… if you want to hear or see it !!! If you decide to go to this doctor you should think twice or consider carefully. Do not sign any papers if you don't read & make sure you ask them to give a guarantee if there is any deformity after surgery, they have to compensate & take responsibility. If there is any deformity after surgery this doctor is a cruel, cold blooded, unethical & irresponsible person who will say " NO ONE GUARANTEES THE RESULTS AFTER PLASTIC SURGERY “ & He won't fix it for you & will come back & block you & it was a big mistake & a huge price I paid to go to this doctor & this entire experience has been physically disfiguring and emotionally traumatizing. So never go to this doctor if you don't want to be the next victim. Go somewhere else & do not go to dr. PETER NEWEN !!!!

I love this place. The staff is friendly and professional, place is clean, and Dr. Newen has great bedside manners, is experienced, and very knowledgable. I came in for a consultation on a chemical peel and Dr. Newen helped addressed all my concerns. He was very patient and answered all of my many, many questions. I ended up having the procedure done and am extremely happy with the results. 5 stars to everyone at The Image Center. Thank you!!

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Peter in Huntington Beach. As a 64-year-old patient, I found him rude and disrespectful during our before-during-and after procedures I initially went in for a brow lift, but he insisted I needed a full facelift to properly lift my eyes. While I do look somewhat younger, the results are a nightmare, especially on my eyelids. The incisions on my eyelids are jagged and uneven, resembling something chewed on by rats—completely unnatural and horrifying. Worse, the fat he injected into my upper eyelids has turned into large, hard lumps, the size of black pepper. They look like cancerous cysts, leaving me feeling embarrassed and self-conscious every day. The post-surgery care was appalling. My eyes didn’t heal properly because leftover stitches were still stuck in my incisions. Despite calling the office repeatedly to schedule a follow-up, the front desk staff refused to let me see Dr. Peter for months. When I finally got an appointment three months later, he had the audacity to ask why I hadn’t come in earlier. After explaining that his staff wouldn’t let me book an appointment, he simply shrugged it off. A nurse then removed the leftover stitches, and I was sent home to massage by myself the lumps for six months. Unfortunately, the scars have not healed, and I’m left with large lumps and permanent damage on my lids. This entire experience has been physically disfiguring and emotionally traumatizing. My friends often ask me who did a bad job on my eyes. They notice the bad work on me. It is so embarrassing. I would never recommend Dr. Peter to anyone. His lack of care, poor skills, and dismissive attitude have left me regretting ever stepping into his office.

I never post reviews. But here I am…. Warning all you ladies who have found this doctor on social media just like me! I have seen him going viral on Tik Tok and Instagram once again and I am posting my review to save anyone else from wasting money with this guy!!! To start off, I never had a good experience and always ignored the red flags thinking “this is normal”. I found this doctor on Instagram years ago when a few influencers came to him for work. I had been wanting to get breast implants for a while and finally thought “Oh he’s popular on social media and the pictures that he posted looked great” so he must be a great surgeon. Boy was I wrong….. to start off, I saw Jane for my consultation. Right away, she was very rude, had bad bedside manner and kept saying “this is what the doctor would recommend”. Never did I see him for my consult. I requested to see him for my consult and was told only Jane (who is not a doctor or provider) does them (Major red flag). Jane told me I should just insert large implants to even out my breasts. During my pre-op appt, one week prior to surgery, I met with Dr. and he suggested I do a small lift on the top part of my areola. I did the small lift and it only made my areola size much larger than what it ever was. Completely stretched it out. (major regret listening to this advice). Once my implants started healing, I noticed one of them dropped much lower than the other one. Also, when I raise my arm, that particular implant dents in about halfway. I went in for a post op appt to find out the reason and he said that happens because I had one breast that had a lower pocket than the other so it is going to sit lower and the muscle restricts it creating the indent. He did say there was a fix for it and I would be able to have surgery again to create a pocket closure internal to fix this. WHY WAS THIS NOT DISCUSSED DURING MY CONSULT?! I would have 100% done that if I was aware. It infuriates me because that’s 9k that I will not get back and yet there I was stuck with those results. Anyone who asks me, I always say I do not recommend this doctor and I highly suggest going to multiple consults and stop finding doctors on social media. They can post all the pictures in the world or edit them to make them look amazing but that doesn’t mean they are a good surgeon. Please go elsewhere!

Our visit/surgery we paid 11k for was nothing short of a nightmare. We made numerous phone calls with limited responses throughout the entire experience. Ashley was fake nice. Hardly returned phone calls. The only reason we came back was because of Dr. Newen. We had difficulties setting the appointment. They said we needed a blood test done but did not send a request for the lab. When time ran out when they finally returned our call they said it’s ok we won’t need one. We couldn’t even get a call back for the address to the new building after a few calls. Then after the surgery, we suspect some sort of an infection with symptoms. We called for days with no response. Keep in mind no emergency number, nothing telling you what days they are open. Not sure what they are running here but people need to be aware of this companies practice. Take your money with no support. Somebody called finally and gave me the same answer you can get from chat gbt. I have a suggestion, handle the problem. Instead of taking thousands of your customers money, invest in an answering service like a legit surgery office would. You are dealing with people and their health. Sad I would be the one to have to tell them this. We are seeking health care elsewhere, never coming back here or recommend them to anyone. We have yet to see what the end result is, as my wife has felt a lot of pain post surgery. We can only hope we won’t incur more costs due to a mistake.

I am a very private person but really wanted to share how amazing Dr. Newen and the staff at the Image center is! Dr. Newen is the only plastic surgeon I can trust and will trust for the rest of my life! I do not trust people easily with procedures that alter my face and body. Yet, I have been going to him for nearly a decade (since I was 22) for multiple cosmetic surgeries! Not once did he disappoint me and I am happy with all the procedures he has done for me! He is the best!! I highly recommend him!! Most recently, I had a breast implant exchange and fat injections done with him. I am so happy with my results!!! It looks super natural, the size was perfect, and the recovery process was painless! The Image Center staff is very patient, friendly, and honest!! I am not the easiest when making decisions but from the beginning to the end, they were always there to support me in any way they could and answered all of my questions! I even received a text from Jane after surgery to see how I was doing!! Thank you so much for everything Dr. Newen, Jane, Lorena, Nancy and surgery staff!!!! You all are amazing! I really like this place. I had a very good experience with my first time. I received Botox for the first time on my forehead and i loved the results. My nurse (CLARA) was very gentle and careful with a lot of advice. It was nothing like I expected and I didn’t have any signs of having done the injections on my head. I hate needles and Clara was very patient with me and very careful making sure I liked it. The staff here is very nice without the intimidating judgmental appearance. Clara was very honest when I asked for her opinion on what I wanted and the reality of the outcome without making me feel they are money hungry trying to get me to spend more money. Office itself is very clean and nice. I really liked my results i am going to come back to do more possibly get my lips filled as well. Thanks Clara.
