RUN!! BURNS!! No room ever to get your appointments once you buy. The manager/staff get commission so they will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale. It is not owned by a doctor nor do they tell you about the many many burns that happen during treatment. All of your hair will not be gone after 2 years despite warranty. The vice president Ms klinky used to work at hooters and the old owner filed bankrupt and sold it to avoid lawsuits.

I got a call from I believe their corporate office saying that I "won a microdermabraison treatment" , supposibly they pick 10 people each month for a free one. I was excited and I set up the appointment for the next day. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I wasted an HOUR of my busy day having some lady tell me what they can do to better my skin. She tried to get me to buy multiple different packages, then when I said that 1600 for skin and leg treatment wasn't a necessity in my life at the moment, she proceeded to tell me she gave me "discounts" and she isn't even sure if she is allowed to do that. Which is bullshit. When she finally realize I wasn't going to put money on this she told me to have a good day, and I left. So I hope if they have called you about something "free" you plan on paying 800-4,000 for treatments. Otherwise, it looks like you don't get squat but a wasted hour. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

No more shaving!! I have been getting treatments here for almost a year and I am very happy with my results! I always book my next appointment before I leave and have never had an issue getting a day or time that I want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say!
