I have had multiple services at this location for laser hair removal and facials. The services themselves were excellent. I have used a Groupon each time. However, at my last appointment, the receptionist stated I can only use a Groupon every 6 months, refused to honor my Groupon, and told me to call Groupon for a refund. The Groupon fine print clearly states that a Groupon can be used every 90 days. So I called Groupon and they confirmed it was every 90 days. So I am very disappointed that Ebenezer is not following its contractual obligations with Groupon and its customers. Not sure if this is purposeful, or just a misunderstanding. In any case, I hope they will reconsider and honor my next Groupon within 90 days. I would like to receive a response from owner and resolve this matter.

Very bad experience to schedule an appointment, called today to have an appointment and they said they are very busy till August and don’t have even 1 hr free for facial but they asked 1st do you have a package with us when I said I have Groupon they said we don’t have any open appointment, they said you already schedule 1 time before and didn’t show, yes I was busy as all working moms here and I’m on call everyday, they don’t cooperate to satisfy the customers need even the person who was taking to me she was shouting at me like I’m asking for money from her, I have a voucher and I wanna use it and I will be expired in August and she was not even trying to help me and don’t give me even a date when they will be available or when is the nearest appointment even I said I wanna any time she didn’t offer any time for me. Very very bad way of communications.

Wow! talk about great people and pleasant service. As soon as you walk thru the door, you get treated like a celebrity, which you don't find in too many places anymore.
