I recently visited Dr. Kim Tang’s dermatology office as a new patient and was quite disappointed with the experience. My appointment was scheduled for 5:45 pm, but I arrived early and completed all necessary paperwork beforehand. I took off early from work in order to arrived early to my appointment. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting until 6:49 pm to be seen by her. This excessive wait time is unacceptable and reflects poor time management. It seems that Dr. Tang is overbooking appointments, which is unrealistic and unfair to patients. I never experienced such treatment at a medical facility. I am very dissatisfied because my primary doctor had recommended this office and the reviews were all very positive. Although I considered leaving, the prospect of having to wait even longer for another appointment deterred me. This led me having to canceled another personal appointment I had at 6:30 pm because of the excessive wait time. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to improve the patient experience.

Tracy is absolutely amazing! Even though Dr. Benik is retired, I will never forget the recommendations from her that actually worked; Tracy included. I've been to countless dermatologists and estheticians over the last 25 years, and they were always pushing treatment that was universal instead of paying attention to my skin type and thinking outside of the box. I was skeptical at first in 2021 when I became a patient at Saddleback, but I stuck with it because the improvements from Tracy's treatments and topical skin care recommendations were immediately apparent. I Stopped going for 4 years after a move and I regret it. Found my way back, and I'm looking forward to getting back to my confidence! They're really doing it because they want to see people happy and healthy in the skin they're in. It's not just about money because their pricing is actually reasonable.

If I can give it zero stars, I will. There’s no communication between their different divisions of work. I have been wasting money on pregnancy tests for my daughter in order for her to take Accutane. The scheduling team was so unprofessional that they scheduled me the next appointment days earlier than the 30-day window, which made me pay for an invalid pregnancy test. The third time I returned the doctors didn’t endorse the questions filled on iPledge, and 7 days passed, I couldn’t get the medication again. Another month passed. Last week was the fourth time, my daughter had everything filled on iPledge but today when I tried to pick up medication at the pharmacy, I was told the answers weren’t endorsed by the doctors, and the 7 day window is going to pass AGAIN soon. I am so frustrated with how irresponsible they follow up the whole thing.

So bummed! Have loved this office for years but it’s changed. New ownership means long wait times, lack of response and contact unless it’s to advise the you haven’t paid a bill THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. Last straw … I’m done. Two Stars because I figure someone there is probably good at their job

Really bad appointment system and non-professional staffs and physicians. They made me scars smaller and then recommended doing laser treatment. After two laser treatments on scar, the scar became bigger. Then they recommended doing the injection again to treat the scar. They didn't reply for the message about cancel the appointment, but they still charged non showing fee.

Just had visit with several areas of concern. As always Dr. Meshkinpour was very thorough, straightforward and took care of everything, requested biopsies where necessary and within days Tami ( GREAT friendly and professional nurse) called with reassuring message that all is well. Always a pleasure visiting here…even with some scary concerns I know I’m in great hands and they take good care of me. Great appreciated … thank you Tami and Dr. Meshkinpour!

I found Dr Tang to be friendly and informative, giving me some information about how to better treat a current condition.
