I purchased 1 syringe of Restylane on Groupon. I'm about to turn 50, and although I get compliments on my skin all the time, the fine lines above my lips we're becoming an obsession for me. No products are made expressly for targeting them, so, even though I think that too much cosmetic "appearance altering " is going on in society nowadays, if something makes you feel a lot better, or even more like the self you're used to, it can be beneficial. The nurse who did the injections was really good at it(Joanne, though she's not with them anymore), and she recommended that I get another half syringe to fill in some other lines, making it look more even. She was absolutely right. I was told that I may experience swelling and bruising the following days, which I did, but not so bad that others could notice. The procedure itself was rather painful, so if you have a prescription for a benzodiazepine, or something that helps you relax or eases pain and have a ride home, I recommend you take something if you can. I'm pretty good with pain, but I've heard some people say the pain was so bad that it almost deterred them from doing it again. I waited longer than suggested to get it done again. I have an appointment scheduled, and this time I will take and post before and after pictures. After reading the negative reviews, I can't believe we're talking about the same place. It was clean, and everyone I dealt with was professional and nice. I felt safe getting Restylane because it is very safe. I would totally recommend this place to anyone wishing to have any of the offered procedures done.

!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! It was a traumatic and scarring experience! You will be wasting your money for nothing. A couple of months ago I went in for lip injections. It was my first time getting lip fillers and it was a terrible experience. Customer service is secondary to them. They treat their patients like insignificant pieces of garbaged meat. This place only uses numbing cream to numb your lips, and they charge an extra $15 for it. The numbing cream had no effect on canceling the pain. I could feel every single injection that went into my lips. I can tolerate pain well, but this was one of the most painful events in my life. The doctors had no respect or sympathy for my lip goals. The worst part about it was the ending result I got out of it. I was left with lips full of lumps and bumps. There was one bump so big it irritated me extensively and caused me to be uncomfortable every single day. It caused me so much discomfort that I went to another place to get it dissolved..(I was NOT going to go back to Cosmetic Laser MedSpa. Why would I? I don't trust anything they do). So when I went to this new place, the women that dissolved my fillers told me that the product that was supposed to be on my bottom lip scattered all the way down to the bottom of my chin. I was suggested to try and get my money back to compensate for the unacceptable, terrible job done. When I called Cosmetic Laser MedSpa, they did not feel bad for what they had done. One girl, I think her name is Crystal.. (Not entirely sure, but she is one of the staff members. She walks around in heels, with chunks of eyeliner and makeup packed onto her face).. she told me I could not get refunded whatsoever because I would've had to come in and let their doctors check my lips. They would also have to dissolve my lips themselves. That is the only way I could get a refund, and she topped off our conversation by hanging up on me. Yeah, I should have gone and shown them the terrible thing they did to me, but I just never wanted to go back there again. I wanted to forget this traumatic experience, but I also deserved justice for it. I never got it, but hopefully, this review can help and warn people to never, ever go there. I DO NOT want what happened to me happen to someone else. Someone who goes in so excited for a procedure, and comes out with their dreams and expectations crushed and demoralized. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not go here. Go somewhere that is professional and specializes in lip fillers. It is 100% worth the money to go somewhere that truly cares about their patients.

I first went to clinic for filler under my eyes and dince i had not yet bought the groupon the staff asked me to pay them directlyTheir RN Joanne did PRP she said it wud be better $400. It was fine... A eeek later Joanne put botox and it was ok...so then i felt good about going back to her home for filler under my eyes which left an indention on my tear trough. I asked her to fix it several times. She didnt. I met her at Dr Yamini office and she gave me her personal info. Joanne had previously encouraged me to bring friends i did and they got botox which did Not work. My friends were very upset that they had to drive back to to her home in west covina more than twice. After reading so many negative reviews about the doctor i eud ne afraid to ho back. Snd please dont go to Joannes home she nice and happy to recieve ur money but doesnt make much effort in fixing her mistakes. I recommend Dr Leonis in Whittier or Dr Robert Nettles in Beverly Hills... You get what you pay for.. Lesson learned

After no less than 2 wks of calling the ofc, a woman calls me. I tried explaining what had transpired with an unused Groupon. She did not find me in the system. She suggested I come into the ofc - to which I replied that a manager should call me first. She refused to listen, refused to provide her name, and hung up on me. UNACCEPTABLE - most particularly because the ofc doesn't seem to answer incoming calls, and only once has a call been returned by the ofc. But upon calling back, she picked up and hung up the phone twice more. Not a good first impression. Doesn't give me much confidence about their actual services.

This place is the worst! It's filthy and the Doctors have no idea how to put injections in. Dr. Yamini needs to be thrown in jail for what he has done to me....look! It's been 7 days and I still look like this and have a massive infection in my eye.
