I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because the therapist was kind and clearly put in a lot of effort, but unfortunately, it was the wrong kind of effort. I asked for a deep tissue massage, and what I received was nothing close to that. It felt more like a chiropractic session, with bone cracking and intense elbow pressure that I never requested. Deep tissue massage should focus on working through muscle tension and knots , not forceful adjustments or unexpected techniques. At the very least, there should have been clear communication about the style and pressure being used. Instead, I left feeling more sore and surprised than relieved. I highly recommend to communicate beforehand to not get surprised and end up with more pain.

Below average, to the extend that I believe the positive reviews were self posed. When she was kneeing my lower back, her sneaker touched my head! And she didn’t notice. I paid for 150 for 90 minutes up front, she called finish at 65. Just to cite two.
