Casey Lubner is great. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She took my concerns seriously and really listened to what I had to say. She came up with a plan immediately to help. The office looked great and they even had coffee and drinks in the waiting area. My copay was $30 with Anthem PPO which felt a tad pricey but overall I think it was worth it. Since they do not validate parking I would recommend public transit or rideshare. If you have a long commute like me, just know all the bathrooms require a key so be ready for that. The fact that they have Saturday hours made me choose this practice over others, as it makes it possible for me to visit without having to try and take off of work. I appreciate being able to work around my busy schedule.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dermatology office . My appointment felt extremely rushed — I was in the exam room for no more than two minutes. The provider I saw was a nurse, Stephen Baccari, not a dermatologist, and I was not informed about this in advance. I did not feel like I received a proper medical evaluation. No tests were performed, and my skin condition was diagnosed after only a very brief visual check. I did not feel listened to, and my concerns were not thoroughly addressed. I was prescribed a cream, but after using it my skin condition became significantly worse. This makes me question the accuracy of the diagnosis and the treatment plan I was given. Additionally, because I was not aware I would be seen by a nurse rather than a doctor, my insurance processed the visit differently than I expected, and I ended up having to pay out of pocket. This added to the frustration of an already disappointing medical experience. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. I hope the clinic improves communication and ensures patients receive more thorough evaluations and clear information about who will be providing their care.

I had a few great sessions with Dr. Kleinfelder. He has great bedside manners, so knowledgeable, and is willing to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed during the appointment. He made me feel comfortable and assured me that he will assist with my keloid scars as best he can. After just 2 sessions, I see such improvement which a previous dermatologist wasn't able to achieve. FYI- one elevator was out of order during both appointments (1 month apart) and I decided to park on the street. Highly recommend!

I visited Metropolis Dermatology Brentwood on Saturday, November 22, 2025 as a new patient to have a mole and another skin growth checked. Stephen Baccari was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. He examined and removed both growths and sent them off for biopsy. I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but Stephen took the time to engage me in thoughtful conversation to keep my mind off of it. Before I knew it, the growths were removed completely pain-free. I also explained that I hadn’t seen a dermatologist in over 25 years, and he provided me with clear and helpful recommendations for follow-up visits. When I mentioned a few trouble areas on my forehead and nose, he took extra time to review each one, explained the best treatment options, and clearly outlined the expected costs. This appointment went much better than I had expected, and I will definitely return to see Stephen again. Highly recommend!

Extremely frustrating billing practices. I had a service at Metropolis Dermatology and then received a bill five months later with no prior notice, timely invoice, or explanation for the delay. Sending a bill half a year after a visit is unacceptable and reflects poor administrative management. Medical offices should operate with basic organization and transparency. Delayed billing like this is careless and unprofessional, and it’s incredibly annoying to deal with as a patient. If accurate, timely billing matters to you, be aware that this office’s administrative practices are lacking. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT The outstanding balance you referenced is from an invoice issued FIVE months ago. The recent notices I have received pertain to a different, more recent appointment. I would also note that your response may be approaching a violation of HIPAA by disclosing protected health information.

Obsessed!! Jeff Bonnaud has literally saved my skin. I highly suggest him if you are just starting your skin journey or looking to refine it with specialized fun. I had some texturized and red acne scars and with his amazing energy we got to work! We've talked through options together and I've been enjoying the treatments like PRP Microneedling which has given me such great results. He's also helped me establish a better daily routine from their products with Vitamin C, which is so silky, and my Sunscreen, which never affects my makeup. Jeff has been such fun to work with and I trust him completely!!
