I’ve been going to OU Beauty for years—tried both locations—but I’ve landed at the Little Tokyo spot with Samantha, and I’m not looking back. She’s the kind of injector you hope to find: warm, honest, grounded, and razor-sharp with her technique. I’ve been getting Botox and fillers for a long time, and with her, it’s the first time I’ve felt like someone truly got my face. No overdoing it, no surprises—just clean, natural results that make me feel like the best version of myself. OU doesn’t try to be flashy. They don’t need to. The team is tight, the space is comfortable, and everyone knows their role. Prices are competitive, and they accept rewards programs—which is great—but the reason I stay is the consistency and trust. My friends started asking what I was doing. Now they go too. Before OU, I was always jumping around, never quite sold on any one place. Now I’ve found my spot. That says everything.

130 units of Dysport with Michelle: terrible product, terrible application. It did not work at all. I never paid for more than 70 units anywhere else. Zero service. Pure robbery. Do not waste your money.

I have usually had great experiences here. One time an injector I never saw before gave me lip filler. Ended up with a lump that took 3 treatments to dissolve it. Unfortunately that’s a risk with injections, but I decided to go back to Samantha, who has never given me any issues. I’ve worked with Samantha for years and she’s thorough, does not over fill (which she explained is a health risk because of circulation), is empathetic if anything is painful, takes time you may need if you have issues with needles. 💜 Always feel at ease with her.

Great prices, and superb service, super convenient with two locations. It was a five star review but after my last visit (I’ve been going here for years!) they upped the prices without saying anything until after our treatment. My sister still comes up from San Diego just because we have remained loyal to them as they did for us. But after paying $100 more then what we had planned we asked what happened and they said then they increased prices. I tried to get in contact with a manager to explain how that should be announced while making an appointment or while meeting with the nurse but, they don’t return calls. I will find a new place that has superb service, convenience and great prices, this isn’t that place for me anymore. My friends all go to Korea town.
