Samantha at Revive in Manhattan Beach was incredible! From the very start, I felt completely at ease in the hands of a knowledgeable professional who brought both expertise and genuine care to the experience. The phone call we had the day before my treatment was not only informative but also helped build a sense of trust and connection, which was especially important for me. At 47, this was my first time trying Morpheus8, and after reading some of the terrifying online feedback, I was understandably nervous. I shared my concerns about pain, and Samantha reassured me with her specific protocol for pain management—and she was absolutely right! The numbing cream worked perfectly to prepare me for the Lidocaine injections, and I had access to laughing gas throughout the entire treatment. Samantha checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring I felt comfortable. I didn’t feel a thing on my face! Towards the end, as the numbing wore off, she had moved to my neck area, and I experienced a level 7-8 pain, but I was able to manage it. The following two treatments were just as smooth, and now, a month away from my post-procedure follow-up, I’m already noticing results—my skin looks plumper, and my jawline is slightly lifted. My friends have even commented on the improvement! I’m beyond 100% satisfied with Samantha and Revive. In fact, I returned today for my first of three Forever Young BBL face treatments. Revive also offers fantastic monthly and holiday specials that are competitively priced, making it easy to keep coming back! Highly recommend!

This is my second time at this location of Ideal Image and my second laser appointment with Samantha! She is so warm and welcoming, I couldn’t imagine this process without her. She made me feel so comfortable and was so understanding when I was late to my appointment (so sorry again!). She gives you an ice pack during the treatment and cold aloe vera gel after. Even after my first session I saw more than 75% reduction in hair. If you’re considering laser, definitely do it at Ideal Image with Samantha. She is the simply the best!!
