I've noticed that some people have complained about waiting for Dr. Saal to see them, but when you are the best doctor in town, you have many patients who want to see you. Knowing Dr. Saal, he spends more time with each patient than any other doctor that I know. I have been a patient of Dr. Saal for the last 30 years. He has seen myself, my wife, and my four children. They all love Dr. Saal. He has been taking care of my age marks on my face and they are all clear now. People think I am 40 years old but I am almost 30 years older than that. I highly recommend Dr. Saal to anyone who has patience to wait and see him. He is well worth it. All of the new doctors in town do not compare to his experience and knowledge.

Dr. Saal is the master of skin. I came to him with several skin issues which he patiently addressed & with a little time and care from him the issues subsided, I am beyond pleased. While waiting can at times be a little longer than norm. I came to him after seeing a well know dermatologist who would have patients wait 45-1.5 Hrs. ( insane). Honestly Dr. Saal being 20-30 mins is not an issue as he is worth the wait. :)

The best. When you are the best, people come to you and keep coming in year after year. This doctor will tell you the truth and the office staff do not over charge. They are pleasant cheerful and helpful. They do get busy so you may have to wait a bit but there is a reason why people come to him. He's soooo great at what he does.

Dr. Saal is a very good Dermatologist with a great sense of humor. His knowledge and experience are second to none. He gives you a good reason for everything he prescribes. The staff is very professional and helpful. Btw..I haven't had an issue with waiting.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saal's for many years. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful as I ask a lot of questions. I've been to see Dr. Saal recently and was pleased that I was seen in a timely manner and that he took the time to sit with me while listening about my skin issues.

Every single time I went into his office, I was on time for my appointment and waited in the lobby a minimum of 30 minutes, as much as an hour, for him to come out. One time he even left on vacation to another state the night before and did not cancel my appointment, I came in and waited in the lobby for 45 minutes before I was told he was NOT IN THE STATE. Most importantly, he prescribed a medication that was an off-label use, failed to stop me taking it months and months beyond its recommended time of use (supposed to be used for a couple months at most, he had me on it for about 8 months) and I succumbed to a bizarre autoimmune disorder that had me on disability for months, I was in massive pain and had limited movement, could not stand for extended periods of time or walk more than a few hundred yards at a time, suffered gastrointestinal bleeding and required an emergency room visit, etc. When reviewing the drug's postclinical trial information, that strange disorder was listed as one of the reported affects of the drug. When I told him about this information, he called the pharmaceutical rep for the company that makes the drug and proceeded to have a jovial, superficial phone conversation where none of my concerns were addressed and I was told there was nothing he could do. I wouldn't trust Dr. Saal as far as I can throw him. His office is poorly run and he's clearly in the pockets of pharmaceutical companies, to the detriment of his patients.

I had an appointment, and waited 20 minutes. There was nobody else there. When I asked the staff what time it was, they said they had reminded Dr. Saal of the time and then shrugged. I left, and will never go back. My time is valuable too. Time for Dr.s to remember where their money comes from. Dr. Swengel across the street was much better....go there!
