I can only speak to the overall customer service, but the phone support I received when inquiring about their procedures and experience was fantastic. They answered my questions and I had a sense of their expertise. This is especially important when respecting patient's time and not defaulting to making an appointment before even knowing if the office is right for you. Unfortunately, I will seek scar treatment elsewhere, but I'll certainly consider pigmentation and aging issues here.

I have been going to SkinRenew for several years and they are wonderful. The entire office staff is friendly and Dr. Kwon is amazing. They are very transparent and answer all my questions. My experience with Dr. Kwon and her staff was nothing but awesome. I had the Potenza RF Mirco Needling Treatment (3 total) and I will be honest it hurt but well worth it from the results I received. After each treatment I received follow up calls and great after treatment care. After my first session I had some acne breakout (which is normal) due to my skin purging and Dr. Kwon had me come in, she treated the issue without charge. I felt like they truly cared about me and getting me the results I wanted. The treatments worked great. My pores are smaller, discoloration diminished and she took care of some scars that I never thought would ever go away. I am so happy! Thank you Dr. Kwon and staff. Amazing!!!!
