A 30 minutes service is a quick, time-limited offering that delivers a focused task or consultation within half an hour, requiring brief preparation, clear goals, and efficient steps to provide useful results or guidance.

45 minutes is a quick, time-limited service session where you get focused help or a brief task completed in about three quarters of an hour, often including a clear goal, short steps, and a quick recap at the end.

A consultation is required for all new electrolysis clients prior to beginning treatment. During this appointment, we will review your hair growth concerns, examine the skin and hair, discuss treatment goals, and determine the most appropriate session length based on your needs. If you have received electrolysis at another location, a consultation may not be required. However, all clients must still arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete required health and consent forms before treatment. A 5-minute patch test is included to evaluate skin response and introduce you to the electrolysis process. After the consultation, clients are welcome to book additional electrolysis services such as 15-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute, or longer sessions, depending on the area and treatment plan. Before Your Consultation To ensure an accurate assessment and safe treatment, please follow these guidelines: • Do not shave, wax, pluck, or thread the area prior to your visit • Allow hair to grow out naturally so the skin and hair can be properly examined • Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, oils, or self-tanner on the treatment area • Avoid exfoliating or irritating the skin 24–48 hours before your appointment Important Skin & Medication Guidelines Electrolysis may need to be postponed if you are using certain products or medications. Please inform us if you are currently using or have recently used: • Glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, or other chemical exfoliants • Retinoids (Retin-A, tretinoin, adapalene, retinol) • Accutane (isotretinoin) or similar medications (within the past 12 months) Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete required health and consent forms. This ensures your consultation begins on time and allows us to provide the best possible care.
