Email I received about seeking help with self harm scar removal: “I am very sorry to let you know that we do not have a good option fo the type of scars you have. None of the lasers we have used work on these types of scars unless they are dark brown or very red. In those cases we can help with color but have not had any luck with texture. I am very sorry.” Very disappointing they don’t offer help to all skin colors. I vulnerably sent pictures of my scars. I am dark brown and so are my scars, so this doesn’t make any sense. Their websites show they’ve worked on scars that aren’t dark brown or red. I appreciate the apology but they need to specify on their website what they can and can’t treat, and the real reason why. This prevents vulnerable people from reaching out for help.

I have been a customer of Celibre for several years now. I will never go anywhere else. I tried once and severely regretted it. Lori is amazing when it comes to her work. She knows everything about your face and where your veins are and how to avoid them, it's amazing. I trust her completely. She is an artist. Another thing I love is that she is always very considerate with your money, she would never sell you more than you need and is always trying to save you money. She makes the most wonderful recommendations. Celibre is my Disneyland, when I leave I always feel so good and know the results are going to be great! I feel like family when I am there. As an Editor of California Women's Fashion and Beauty publication, I was invited by Kevin DiCerbo to experience a variety of treatments to review in our Beauty Editorial. Having tried and tested numerous treatments in the past, and experienced a wide variety of amazing med spa treatments, I was incredibly disappointed in the all of the treatments, extremely poor customer service provided by Kevin DiCerbo, and complete lack of results which followed in ALL of the procedures. Knowing that I was there to write a review, and was treated the way I was, I can only imagine how their regular clients are welcomed. Now, by reading numerous reviews, it's quite apparent I'm not the only one having had such a horrific experience with Celibre. Overall, the "works" treatment, resulted only in up selling for future treatments with none of the highly anticipated results Kevin DiCerbo guaranteed or even described were achieved. All a money making scheme. I wish I could write a glowing review of the experience, however, to our loyal readers and those considering a visit to Celibre, my advice: Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There are many wonderful and credible med spas out there! Celibre's promise, service, and results simply do not measure up and if fact was the worst Med Spa experience ever!!!

I got my face lasered here a few years ago and I must say, it was well worth it! It was a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I had a severe case of acne (cystic acne) and had a total of seven laser treatments (once a month visits for seven months). The staff informed me that the scarring and acne was going to go away and it did! They recommended follow up products that were natural and delicate for my sensitive skin. the products by themselves are quality products that good for your skin.
