I found the staff to be very friendly, but I am kicking myself for what feels like a gross miscommuncation of pricing and not making more informed choices. Initially I was presented with what appeared to be complete information by Courtley for getting facial filler, and a price that seemed reasonable at $750 in contrast to some other options that we discussed. When I returned to do the filler treatment, Shonda, who is also an excellent NP did my actual treatment and a great job. HOWEVER the matter of pricing was not clarified/communicated to me before the treatment started, and I was still under the impression this would be a $750 treatment from the inital consult with Courtley. To my immense shock when I went to pay, I saw a price come up for $2100 dollars. The problem is that at no time did anyone explain to me that the price was per syringe/vial. I raised this issue at the time I was asked to pay, and in hindsight I wish I had been better informed about what I was actually going to pay instead of being overwhelmed at the cost, as I would have made different choices. For anyone who uses Revive make sure you get full and complete pricing information before agreeing to a treatment.

10 stars! Went in for laser hair removal, consultation went well, bought a package with multiple sessions. Nurse Renita is a professional and an expert at her craft. She explained how the laser worked and was very diligent in making sure I was comfortable during our session. I highly recommend this place, a pure gem in the Palm Springs area 💎
