First time here and my experience was great. The place is very big and clean, plus my room had an awesome view. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Wang was awesome. He took his time with me and listened to all my concerns. He was very gentle during the procedure. I felt very comfortable and not just like another patient. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Visited this office 4-5 times and can confidently say the space is stunning, immaculate, modern, and beautifully maintained. Dr. Ma is fantastic, and every physician assistant was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Dr. Ma and her PA team truly made me feel cared for during each visit. That said, my overall experience was mixed. While the clinical team was great, the front desk and checkout staff unfortunately made me feel more like a burden than a patient. On one occasion, I had a confirmed appointment that wasn’t in their system - arrived on time, but instead of an apology or attempt to accommodate, was told to return another day with zero empathy. Also worth noting: If you’re the first appointment of the day, they tend to run on time. But any later and you should expect to wait 45 min - 1 hour wait. Ultimately, feel this office might be better suited for cosmetic services rather than medical ones. Because I was paying out-of-pocket for hair treatments (not covered by insurance), the lack of warmth and hospitality at the front desk became too much to overlook, which is why I decided to stop going.

I really loved my doctor, Dr. Janice Ma. She's great and has wonderful bedside manner. The customer service is neither pleasant nor unpleasant but their scheduling when changes are made is a bit annoying. I've received texts that my bookings were scheduled with the incorrect clinician despite booking with a specific doctor and the texting functionality is pretty clunky. Treatment and space is very nice but customer service and booking system is just okay. Worth it for the clinician, though.

Check in process went smooth. My wait was less than 5 minutes. I was met by an Associate immediately. Then the main physician entered and examined me. The whole procedure for my exam went smooth and efficient.

I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get here and was well within the 15 minute grace period. I called and I told them that I was going to be a few minutes late and they said it was fine as long as it was in the grace period timeframe. When I arrived, they said they couldn’t take me and that I had to reschedule Even though I was within the 15 minute grace period. Going to the Brentwood location from now on, but highly disappointed in the Front desk staff for wasting my time.

I am a repeat client and I follow a simple diet and skincare routine at home. I also do not enjoy wearing makeup. As I age, I find that I am needing more detailed extractions and definitely stronger grade serums once in a while. Fortunately, the Diamond Glow facial exists! This procedure is 50 minutes of relaxation and so very effective when paired with my skin routine. It includes exfoliation+extraction+medical-grade serum infusion and it left my skin glowing and soft. Alma is patient, gentle and informative about every step. Most importantly, she takes into account a patient's routine and skin concern and she will focus on those concerns during the procedure (For me, she used Vit C and HA this time). She takes her time and is meticulous about every step. I am very happy with her work and plan to do return for facials every 2-3 months. Thank you, Alma!!

I previously went to Metropolis dermatology and had a good experience so scheduled an appointment when I had suspicious skin growth. I had a 3:00 appointment and completed all of the forms online prior to my appointment including my new insurance information. I arrived 10 minutes earlier as they requested just in case. I ended up having to wait more than 30 minutes+ after my appointment time and had to ask one of the medical staff if I would be seen by Dr. Sanyal within a reasonable time. They responded that I would be seen next but still had to wait longer. If I did not ask, my wait would have definitely been even longer. The appointment was very brief. Then the office billed my prior insurance and not my current insurance that I provided. I had to call both my prior insurance carrier in addition to having to call Metropolis to notify them that they incorrectly billed my wrong insurance. The fact that I had to spend time from my busy work morning to address this was not good. I would NOT recommend this office and will not go here ever again. After having to wait and
