I absolutely adore Dr. Gray! His expertise is truly impressive, and his professionalism shines through in every interaction. What's even more remarkable is that he never insists on any treatments that aren't absolutely necessary. And let's talk about the pricing – it's refreshingly reasonable, making top-notch care accessible. Oh, and the cherry on top? They're open on Saturdays too, which is an absolute lifesaver for us patients. This isn't the place to visit if you're melaninated/ person of color. Gray's demeanor was arrogant and unfriendly, nor did I receive ANY follow up for quotation. There are 8 years worth of reviews stating this - it's not going to change! I'm not surprised as he ushered me out, after a 20 min consult, saying he has a lobby full of patients LOL. If you REALLY decide to go anyways, just look at who their patients are and understand if you are not the customer, you will likely get burned (literally). But please place discernment on who you trust with your body. So where do you go if you're looking for services when you live in the tri-valley? Closer to the bay, where providers work a diverse set of clientele.

Amazing experience, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Gray, was really sweet and answered any and all questions that I had asked of him. He carefully explained the after care process to me. The sweet lady in the front Diane was really helpful and offered us refreshments. Overall, the environment in the office was warm and professional. I do plan on visiting Dr. Gray, again with some more of my family members.

He took the time to tell us exactly what we needed and what his thoughts were based on each one of our under eye. We had our consultation and we were on board to get the fillers.
