Amazing service! I had a facial and Cassie made me feel like a Queen! She did exactly what I asked and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I felt feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The store has tons of adorable jewelry and gift items plus medical grade skin care-very unique! I will be telling my friends about this place and I will definitely be back.

I always have an amazing experience with Dr. A and Dr Jo for my Botox injections! From start to finish, they are both incredibly thorough, taking their time with the intake to fully understand my goals and concerns. I especially appreciated that they ice the area before the injection, which makes the process so much more comfortable. They also help me select the best injection sites and made thoughtful suggestions that showed his expertise. (If I have a budget I tell them, “this is my botox budget” and they help me in those parameters lol!) They are both positive energy and great vibes made the experience even better. And I have to give a shoutout to the front office staff – they’re the best in town! Friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Highly recommend!

I worked with Dr. A and Dr. Jo at LCOM, so I was referred to their med spa for a facial..... if it ain’t Catina, I don’t want it. She took the extra time to help me with my skin. I got dermaplaning done and holy smokes at how soft my face was. The products she used was sensitive skin friendly and she had great conversation. I never once felt out of place at Abracci. Everyone is sweet, cares about their customers, and is knowledgeable about their products. It’s a little more expensive, but it is a med spa. That means you’re going to get more for what you paid. I went in for a simple facial and came out with a facial and a half body massage.

Had a “perfect peel” (yes that is the name of the peel). Game changer. Not abrasive /doesn’t hurt at all at time of application. You are provided with cleanser, lotion and sunscreen with the peel. I peeled with in 2 days and I mean peeled. My skin looks and feels amazing. I am 55 and this was a perfect for my needs in regards to the texture and softness

My first time getting BOTOX and I didn’t see results for at least 1 week. Mind you I’m 37 and have been taking care of my skin since the age of 12. When I originally made my appointment I spoke with Dr. Abrishamian and let him know that my biggest concern were crows feet around the eyes. He let me know that he tends to be more conservative and after two weeks I could come back for a check up and see if I was happy with the results. He injected my forehead and around my eyes. Unfortunately I showed up for my second check up and spoke with a different Doctor. Dr Vournas looked at my chart notes and after I conveyed my disappointment in my BOTOX treatment he said he thought it looked “alright“. He then proceeded to up-sell me on their Fraxel Treatment for fine lines. This was Very confusing seeing that I thought the $500 I spent for the BOTOX originally was supposed to remedy that concern. All in all I maybe spent 3 minutes with Dr. Vournas and then he sent me on my way. Probably because I wasn’t interested in the Fraxel. I had several clients refer me to this location and I even made the 25 mile trek. I wish their customer satisfaction were more of a priority. I could not in good faith recommend this establishment.
