Amy is my usual technician and I love her! Once I had a scheduling snafu and Araceli worked magic to fit me in before leaving for vacation. That’s when I saw Melissa, who was exceptionally kind. Love my girls at Revive UTC location! Araceli works the front desk and makes you feel right at home. Amy does my lip filler and is knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. She will not let you walk out of there looking like a duck! I really appreciate this because it’s easy for me to get excited and overdo it! Revive Med Spa is all around fantastic. The space is beautifully decored and clean, and the staff is friendly. Daphnie performed my 2nd treatments for a BBL facial (face and chest), as well as laser hair removal (brazillian and under arms). Daphnie welcomed me with a warm smile and walked me through each procedure while taking into account my concerns/expectations. She is knowledgable, professional and made me comfortable the whole procedure. Daphnie's down-to-earth demeanor and passion are priceless, so highly recommend her for services. My results to date are incredible; stay tuned for the before and after pictures once the series of treatments are complete.

I started this journey unknowing what was ahead of me. The technicians (who are register nurses), have been amazing. I visit now the UTC location in San Diego, and would recommend checking them out. It may be a price shock, but this is something that you cannot just skimp on. My first visit, I experienced a reaction that the nurses were quick to respond too. They walked me through steps to prepare for each of my visits. The front desk staff, also just as amazing! I will continue doing my personal care treatments with this organization! Med spas hate to see me coming because I’m allergic to the numbing cream and I have intense anxiety. Med spa next to my house told me to just give up. Not this place! 1. Revive made me feel comfortable and welcomed despite all the obstacles (lots of procedures I can’t have or that need to be modified) 2. They came up with a personalized plan that didn’t require any numbing cream. They explored all options carefully and patiently. 3. My injector Gavneet who got to see my full blown anxiety made me feel so safe. She didn’t shame me or get scared or annoyed. She provided tools to make me feel better like ice packs, spiky balls to squeeze to distract from the pain and anxiety, vibrating tool for the face to distract my brain from the sensation of needles. She gave me time to take deep breaths and encouraged me all the way through each of our appointments with kind words. Kindness goes a long way. 4. Each appointment was better than the other as I got familiar and comfortable with PRP injections. 5. The results are spectacular. My wrinkles are so much better and less noticeable. My dark under eyes are pretty much gone. I feel way more confident. I would 100% recommend getting PRP under eye injections if under eyes are your insecurity. Overall this is the place to go for sure 👍🏼

I had and awesome experience today with Skye and Sara. Both super friendly and extremely helpful. Had a little difficulty finding the exact location in the shopping center, so definitely recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes. Sara is very thorough and made sure to review my contract and treatment with me. Even sent an email after to remind of my after care instructions. Will definitely continue my current treatments, and added on some new stuff today also! This is my second round of laser treatments and have just added on my 3rd.
