The Doctor was friendly and very knowledgeable. She carefully talked me through what to expect and the pros/cons of the options. I appreciated that she scheduled enough time for the consult and treatment and nothing felt rushed at all. She actually went above and beyond to get all the veins I came in to treat. She is a perfectionist and it shows. I have had similar treatments at two other facilities before and she is better. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. The front desk receptionist was also wonderful and very friendly, offering me a tea and helping me with finding the restroom.

I came to see Dr. Makow for a consultation for dermal fillers and had a great experience. Good rapport, thorough in her explanations regarding options, patient and did a great job in 'fixing my problem area'. The office has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is courteous. I've gone to Dr. Makow for nearly 7 years. I started with a free consultation where I left with some new products. Tretinoin was one of the products and I had such great results that I returned for the laser treatment she recommended. I started with IPL and had wonderful results. My dark spots were erased away. I've had 2 Pixel ablative laser treatments and I have loved the results. I noticed a positive change in texture, reduced pore size and reduced fine lines. I also feel it has help build collagen and keep my skin tight and wrinkle free. I've also had under-eye filler done to reduce the look of tiredness. It lasted nearly 3 years and I loved the results. I've had great experiences with Dr. Makow and feel all her great treatments and advice have kept my skin in great shape. I feel lucky to have found her.

I have experienced many facials at high end salons, but i have never gotten the amazing results that I have with Kristine. I often heard celebrities with gorgeous skin speak favorably about getting medical facials, and now I see why. The problems I had with my skin were largely in part because different experts recommended I buy their products and none of these mixed well with my skin. I had an assortment of lotions and creams that only made my clogged skin worse. Until I came to Kristine, the most I hoped for was a way to mask my dry, flaky, clogged skin. She and I are both blown away with the clear, soft, smooth skin she has achieved after only two facials. I trust her products, and particularly love the anti-oxidant green tea face lotion. It moisturizes my skin to feel like normal dewy skin should feel, never greasy, never dry. I do not need make-up anymore, and my cheeks and forehead are gorgeous! I cannot adequately express how impressed I am with Dr. Makow. She is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. She is incredibly knowledgeable, cares deeply about her clients, listens rather than sells, has a calming "bed side' manner and is amazingly honorable. I've had several different treatments performed by Dr. Makow and along the way I've felt like I had a partner guiding me in making decisions; someone that is just as interested in getting results as I am - not someone that's trying to sell regardless of what I want. Some procedures can be a little uncomfortable and Dr. Makow constantly monitors to make sure I'm always comfortable. Her office is staffed with warm and discreet women that enhance the experience of going there. If I could give more than five stars I would!!
