Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a medspa. I've been getting Botox and filler for 10+ years and Nurse Ashley at Glow Up definitely knows what she's doing. I got my usual Botox and lip filler and couldn't be happier. The owner, Bianca was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She put together a daily skincare routine for me that's easy to follow. I've been using the Glow Up products for 2 weeks now and my skin is visibly glowy and moisturized. The face wash is moisturizing and fresh. The retinol doesn't leave my face super red and irritated. The hydrating serum is so luxurious feeling and my skin looks incredible! Thanks to Nurse Ashley and Bianca for taking care of me!

I’m leaving a 1 star review for the front desk staff who were working at this place during my visit. I recently visited this business’s website to book an appointment for laser hair removal where it asked for my phone number and upon entering it their AI software sent me a automated message saying that I could reply “offers” to find out about their deals. I texted back and was told by their AI what deals they have on laser hair removal and if I want to book for a consultation, I texted back yes and their AI software helped to book an appointment for me on 8/5/25 at 4:30pm. When I went in for my consultation appointment, I was greeted coldly by the two girls sitting at the front desk, I told them I’m here for my consult and nurse Erika who was my only positive experience with this place came to take me to one of the treatment rooms for my consult. When I came back from the treatment room to the main lobby where the two front desk staff member were sitting, I inquired about pricing then was given a sticky note paper by one of the two front desk girls with the price written on it. I said to her when I looked on your website the price was different from what I’m being quoted, and she told me that price is for females only and that our system is new so we don’t have the pricing for males up yet. This lets me know that this place only specializes in female laser hair removal and with that said I’m not sure why this place doesn’t ask the client’s gender when Inquiring about an appointment? Also how can I know that they don’t just tell different male customers different prices when there is no price list for males up on their website? On a side note, while I was speaking to one of the girls at the front desk when checking out of my appointment, the other girl who was sitting next to her had a big smile on her face like the conversation I’m having with her colleague is a joke to her
