I've had my lips done before with a surgeon. I haven't really been extremely pleased with his work, So I started doing some research on finding a new place that could do the lip injections for me. I came across Skin Med Spa and I read a lot about Nurse Hollie so I decided to make an appointment with her. Initially, I was a bit skeptical but her assistant Amanda was so helpful and answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. She was very thorough with me and extremely patient. I was running a bit behind on my appointment and even though I was very late, she was able to squeeze me in anyways. I really appreciated that because I was told that I had to be there 15 minutes before the appointment. Once I went to my appointment, Nurse Hollie introduced herself to me. She was extremely helpful and informative. I can honestly say she was the most observant and sweetest person I've ever met. I really appreciated the fact that she took her time with me and making sure she listened to what I wanted and applied that to her work. Not only was she extremely careful and gentle, but she made really good recommendations and made me feel very comfortable. I am definitely coming back to this office from now on to do my lips. She made sure that they were even and had the fullness that I was looking for with just one syringe of Juvederm. I highly recommend going to her if you're looking to getting fillers. Not only is she really good at it, but she loves to do it! You can definitely tell that she does by the outcome of her work. The parking structure wasn't far from the office at all and it was free for the first 90 minutes.

Amazing! I have never left a review but this place deserves it. Today I had an appointment with Lori and my experience could not have been better. She really takes the time to do what is best for you. She's honest, genuine and so knowledgeable. I got Botox and Juvederm and I will never go anywhere else again but here. Also, Danielle, the receptionist, is so friendly and sweet. The genuine kindness of Lori and Danielle is so refreshing and such a pleasure. They are professional and so nice. They are both beautiful inside and out. A+++☺️

I just got an awesome facial this morning and it made my skin feel very clean and great. After that, I got Laser hair removal on my back and I liked the Alma laser, which was quick and painless. All of the employees were very cordial and I booked 3 more follow-up sessions. I would recommend Skin Med Spa to anyone interested in a facial or laser hair removal!

I met the owner not too long and he encouraged me to give them a try. I finally made my way to skin med spa in Santa Monica and I have to say I am very pleased with their service! I received top of the line customer service and the facial I received was very helpful and not harmful towards my sensitive skin. Skin Med Spa afforded me a wonderful experience so I figured a Yelp review was in order. I don't write reviews often, and never for anything negative, but when I am blown away by a product, customer service, or a combination of both (as in this case) I make a point to articulate my gratefulness via a review, in the hopes it'll help the company and prospective patients. When I entered Skin Med Spa, located in a beautiful and upscale building in Santa Monica, I was warmly greeted by Amanda at the reception desk. Her big smile and upbeat attitude immediately put me at ease, as did the sterility of the space. (Obviously important where a medical facility is concerned!) I was at Skin Med Spa to receive a Botox treatment to hopefully negate some "stress lines" and crows feet. I had never had Botox, or been to a med spa before, so I was admittedly a bit nervous. However, as soon as I met Alishia my nerves were out to rest. Alishia is the nurse who provided my treatment and I highly suggest booking with her. She answered every question I had with ease and it's clear she's well versed in Botox and all the other treatments Skin Med Spa offers. After answering my questions the treatment began. Alishia applied some numbing ointment and after a short time proceeded with the injections. She has a deft hand and the pain was much less than I expected (I admittedly have a low pain tolerance) and was over in a matter of minutes. After she was done she explained the post-care instructions and sent me on my happy way. After a few days it was clear the Botox had worked and I am thrilled with the results! During my Botox appointment I notified the laser hair removal machines and asked Alishia questions about what the treatment would entitle. I have some trouble areas I always thought about having taken care of, but as a thirty something male was always a bit self conscious about taking the final step. However, Alishia informed me that men schedule laser hair removal all the time, and being that I had such a positive experience with her for Botox, decided I'd try her for laser hair removal as well. I just had my first laser treatment a few weeks ago and my second time at Skin Med Spa was even better than the first. I was told not to expect tangible results after my first removal, but I already notice substantial difference! For anyone looking for an upscale, efficient, clean and expertly staffed medical spa, Skin Med Spa is a great choice. I had some reservations going in, but quickly fell in love with the place. I just booked a Botox appointment for my best friend (he would never do so on his own) and am giving it to him As a Christmas present! My Botox results look amazing, I am sincerely looking forward to my next scheduled laser hair removal and will most certainly book more procedures with Alishia in the future. I was referred to Skin Med Spa by a friend and it was exactly how she described it would be...courteous staff and very knowledgeable. I wont mention the other med spa i went to...i will say that HERE at Skin Med Spa they're not as pricey...nice, clean place and i feel comfortable referring others here.
