Been a client of Pure Touch for years. I love every nurse I’ve ever worked with, they are all knowledgeable and so sweet! Also, they are honest about the treatments that are needed and also the ones that aren’t 😂 I can definitely go in there with some crazy requests. I love their birthday specials! I love the ambiance! I love the front office girls, they make sure you redeem any points you have and it knocks off some $$ from your total. I love that the nurses take their time with clients, I have never felt rushed. My 2 favorite nurses are Diana and Liana. The only downside has been the Glendale office closing, but they have a pop-up on Montrose on Tuesdays which really tells you how much they value their clients and our time! I highly recommend Pure Touch. It’s genuinely the best place I’ve ever been to for injections!

This is my first time to have hair removal The facility is very nice and clean and the crew is very friendly and professional. Explain things to me very well and they are very knowledgeable with what they're doing. The prices is very reasonable that I felt bad that I didn't pay them more. I had amazing results and 0 side effects. They have a wonderful reminders for the appointment, it reminds you few days before the day before and a couple hours before. The laser actually is very good for my skin and it removed all the rashes I had in some areas. I am very happy with the service and I highly recommend it

Melody!!!! Wow a true artist! She is great at curating the look and adjustments you’re hoping for while not overdoing or pressuring you to do too much. She always takes time to review the process and help you understand the mechanics behind your goals. I moved out of the area but still make trips to her for my follow ups. This place is definitely worth the 5 star rating! My entire expierience here so far has been incredible. Booking my initial appointment was quick and easy and I greatly appreciated the receptionist calming my nerves before seeing the doctor. The doctor herself ( Tiffany ) had me so relxated during my procedure asking me questions and getting to know who I was on a deeper level then just another patient. The real reason I know how great the Pure Touch Lazer Center is, is because I can't wait for my next appointment. Thank You Ladies!!

Shabin is hands down the best! Very gentle touch, knows what to do to make the lips look better and not fake. He helps to explain the process, timeline and expectations, and very realistic about outcome of the procedures. I love, love, love Nurse Julia!! She actually takes her time with her patients!! I had a great experience getting botox from her! I had botox once before from a Dr. in Sherman Oaks who was awful! I had such a bad experience that I almost turned away from giving botox a try again! I am glad i didn't give up so easily... Julia made everything pleasant for me and she has such a delicate touch. She made me feel so at ease, almost as if we've known each other for years!!! She even cares and has you come back for a free follow-up to see how you're doing. I highly recommend this place, but most of all Julia because I have only experienced her.... Magnificent!!! 💋

I’ve been to Pure Touch Laser Center twice for Botox injections. The first time, I was very pleased & the improvement was noticeable within days, especially the eye-brow arch, which is one of my favorite Botox results. Several months later, I returned for the exact same pattern of injections and a few days later, not only did I NOT have that eyebrow arch, but conversely, I noticed my eyes were drooping, my eyelids were “hooded” and I experienced a “heavy” feeling across my entire forehead and chronic headache. I called to express my concern & the receptionist made an appt for me to see the aesthetician that gave me the injections. A couple of days later, the aesthetician called me to cancel, as the front desk staff neglected to tell me the aesthetician cannot do anything at all about a problem until a full 2 weeks after the initial appointment; she was also inappropriately defensive when I was attempting to explain my adverse results & would barely let me get a word in edgewise on the phone. I re-scheduled for 2 weeks later, at which time I was kept waiting 45 minutes past my appt. time. After 45 mins, the aesthetician came to the front desk, stated she would be right with me, and kept me waiting an add’l 20 mins., finally took me into the exam room, said there was nothing she could do for me, that my skin absorbed too much Botox & gave me some vague forehead massaging tips to get it to spread. Since then, she has not even called me to find out if there was any improvement. I spent a large amount of money on this procedure, it was not administered correctly, the front desk staff was not informed enough to let me in on the fact that a follow-up appt couldn’t be honored until a full 2 weeks after the injections, then proceeded to keep an already un-satisfied client waiting almost an hour after the scheduled appt. time, refused to give me any further treatment other than some ineffective facial exercises, and then never had the presence of mind to follow up with a phone call. I will never give this place my business again. I came here because it was geographically more convenient than my usual place I go for Botox, but I will sacrifice the extra mileage to go to a place where they know what they are doing and are more considerate of customer satisfaction.
