I absolutely loved this place. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. NP Irene Alaniz was so professional and she took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I also needed to get a mammogram and the referral process was so quick. I was able to make an appointment the very next day. Thanks Marina Obgyn!!

I had a great experience at this OB-GYN office. I usually go to the Marina Del Rey office but went to this location for a sooner appointment. Parking may take a little extra thinking; the parking lot is behind the building access by the alley behind it. I turned at the Carl’s Jr to access it. The office is very new and has a large TV in the waiting room. My provider Irene was attentive, took time to listen to our concerns, and addressed them thoughtfully. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a thorough and supportive OB-GYN.

Worst experience. They do not care about you and will cancel appointments for test results you’ve been waiting on for weeks. Had to get a new dr at a different clinic to finally get test results read to me. No apologies for the inconvenience of canceling on me or anything, extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a reason this clinic has an awful rating!

Loved my experience at this clinic, Dr. Christa Beck is wonderful, the front desk agent was so helpful and kind. Everything was easy, efficient, comfortable and is somewhere I would return to. Finding the parking lot was the trickiest part, it's in the back all the way to the end, and then the entrance is around the building at the front facing the main street. The waiting area is big with plenty of chairs, a huge tv with a cute animal show and captions playing which I found helpful. The place is clean.

I cannot believe the medical board allows this unbelievable unprofessional doctors' office to continue dealing with patients!! I ran out of my medication (hormones, you can't just suddenly stop), they didn't send the refill, they didn't call me back, it is 5 days after I told them I had no more refills, and they still haven't sent it, the doctor hasn't answered, and because the "receptionist" always answers in the Philippines, she has no way to speak to the doctor. I asked for the 18th time to speak to the manager, and of course they NEVER answers or call back, not once since last December. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

I went for a basic checkup. The experience was mid at best. The Dr. was nice enough, but everything else from the lukewarm bed side manor, and the frustrating lack of follow up/ prescription renewal are not worth your time. The whole staff, including the doctor seemed to be conducting their business at arms length, and seemed like they had buffers in place for any interaction / follow up, outside the exams themselves. Good luck getting a response on the portal, or getting an actual person to help with anything. I've contacted twice on portal, and on the phone to try to get a perception renewed (this was on business days at peak work hours). The staff themselves seemed disinterested, and seemed bothered that I was there during business hours. Absolutely disappointing experience. If you have a chance to go another clinic, I suggest you do, because I can't imagine trying to navigate this place with a more serious issue, than what I came in for.

I did not feel like this location had the right attitude after visiting a different location. There was a long wait time even when arriving a few minutes early and waiting some more in the ultrasound room for the doctor. The doctor was not entirely attentive and only produced one image for me to keep and treated the overall appointment as a transaction and was quick with it. On top of that, the ladies who withdraw blood don’t appear to know what they are doing because of how long they both struggled to withdraw blood.

Incredibly disappointing experience with this OB-GYN. After driving a long distance to make it to my scheduled ultrasound appointment, I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes without any updates. Finally, I was informed that my ultrasound was canceled—no explanation, no apology, nothing! The lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. It’s clear this office doesn’t value their patients. If this is how they handle something as basic as scheduling, I can’t imagine trusting them with my care. Save yourself the frustration and run away from this practice. There are far better OB-GYNs out there who will actually respect you and your time!
